Benefits of Starting CrossFit

Starting CrossFit can significantly increase your strength, endurance, and confidence. It challenges you physically and mentally, leading to noticeable improvements in fitness over time. Consistency and proper technique are key for injury prevention and maximizing results. Many find it motivating and empowering as they progress through their fitness journey.

Oh yes,

I'm interested but Houston has been flooded in so I can barely drive anywhere.. Good thing I live near a grocery store.

What are questions I should ask?
Are there modifications for the workouts?
How helpful are the trainers?

You guys aren't just flooded, that's like Noah's arc kind of of flooding down there. Be careful and stay safe!

Yes, there are modifications. Example: I've never in my life been able to do one single pull up, I do ring rows as a modification. Another example would be toes to bar, lol I do sit ups. The trainers at my box are very positive and cheer you on, they know everyone is at different levels, and help accommodate you according to.. I love it, I feel so guilty that I was too lazy to go at 6 this morning. It was a really intense workout.... I woke up looked at the wod and said fuck that shit, rolled over and went back to sleep... Smh
