Chest hair isn't an automatic out. I'd say, getting hair colored, getting botox, nails done professionally, waxing brows or any other body parts, using expensive hair products are all a good sign that one is metro. The more things a guy does, the more metro he is. One thing alone might not make it at all, but start adding them up....and METRO!! By the way, being metro has nothing to do with sexual orientation.

It doesn't.
Does make some women uncomfortable when their man has more products and puts more time into her appearance then she does.

...also would styling body hair into shapes or grooming/shaving it to resemble, say a lightningbolt, be appreciated? Mocked? Would it add to the metro counter?
