How Earth and Water Signs View Flirting in Relationships
Earth and Water signs often prioritize loyalty and emotional bonds, tending to be less tolerant of flirting outside the relationship. Trust and commitment are key, and many would feel uncomfortable if their partner continued texting others. Reactions vary, but respect for boundaries is common among these signs to maintain relationship stability.
I have two male best friends that I have known for close to 20 years. I consider them family. My man knows them. No secrets here. If it hasn't happened in 20 years, it never will, lol.
However, the problem with 'side' friends is that these people are not permanent fixtures in their lives, nor do they serve a purpose. Seasonal people you come in contact with, exchange phone numbers, and your significant other hasn't met any of them? Then, you have a problem. What are you doing then? Just meeting random people in the street, conversing, and handing out your personal number. I find that quite scared actually, it's like inviting a stranger into your home.
But I'm a smart cookie. I know better. A stranger who approaches me in the street, and wants to exchange phone numbers so we could 'platonically' text, isn't fooling anyone. This isn't a business transaction, if so, you would have asked for a business card.
I think I would want to be linked to a man who 'knew' better as well....and could see right through the BS. A smart, disciplined man is a sexy man.

First off, I would be a total idiot to date someone who is seriously really hot and not expect the amount of attention she would undoubtedly get. I would be an even bigger idiot if I tried to get her to stop if we are early into the courting stage.

It is a HUGE difference getting with someone who already texts people of the opposite sex on the regular, opposed to being with someone who suddenly starts giving that attention to other people. However, if the decision is made to be exclusive and take the relationship seriously, then the texts to other dudes needs to stop. No more fucking around when it's serious unless we agree to keep things like that open, which I am not entirely opposed to.
