In all honesty, I think it's really about their proportions, regardless of the body type. Whether small, medium, or large, guys like a girl to be shapely. Generally speaking, if your boobs stick out further than your gut, your shoulders aren't wider than your hips, and you don't have cankles, you're going to turn a lot of heads while you strut your stuff even if your dress size is in the plus range.
