My exx Aries bff was a nympho and no matter what from a young age, it was never enough. He cheated on me.. I also used birth control and it changed my sex drive from highly sexual to low sex drive. He also thought I was cheating because I didn't want to ....live and learn birth control side effects. That's no joke but it helped me...

No, the term "nymphomaniac" is meant only for women. The term for men is "satyriasis." It isn't widely known, obviously. Men are expected to have a high sex drive. This term is used for those whose drive is higher than average.

No. It isn't a problem like sex addiction. I was just hoping there would be other women like me here with whom I could talk about it. Most women don't understand.

I'm 30 and I've had 5 lovers in my life. Hypersexuality is not about how many people you've had sex with, it's about the need and obsession. Also, a hoe is a garden tool. A ho is a term used for people with loose sexual morals.

Finally, someone who gets it!
I don't have anyone currently, as I had to end things with my former lover.

I'd like to be in a relationship, but I never get the opportunity. The men are interested in me until they discover how I am, then the relationship becomes solely about sex and I just get used. I genuinely try to fight it, but I'm weak.
It's really the sex I crave, not orgasms. I am far more satisfied from sex than any orgasm. I take care of myself when I can't have the sex, and while it takes the edge off, it just leaves me frustrated because that isn't what I need.
Tried hooking up with another former lover of mine last night, but he couldn't make it. Probably for the best. I miss my most recent lover. He's my Sexual Soulmate, and he absolutely ruined me for other guys, but it had to end unfortunately. I'm tempted by so many men around me, but I have to suppress my need.

Yep , that's the real nymphomania. See a therapist. There are way to turn the craving to sthg else or even to satisfy it but it takes some soul searching.

I have a child from when I was married. I don't need help. It's a struggle, but it isn't a danger to me or anyone else. To me it's no different than someone trying to write smoking, drinking, or doing drugs. It may interfere where relationships are concerned, but that's something I can live with. It doesn't interfere with my relationship with my daughter or my career, so I don't consider it enough of a problem to seek help. It would just be nice, like I said, to have people to talk to who share my struggle.

Actually my former lover I mentioned satisfied me perfectly. His drive matched mine, as did the way he loved to fu¢k. He just refused to really leave his ex. Hence why I had to end it.

Only a doctor can diagnose, but I didn't need one. Research the topic extensively and you'll discover if that describes you.

I agree that the world can be quite scary to raise a child in. But, I look at my daughter and see hope for the future. This Pluto Cap generation and the upcoming Pluto Aqua will hopefully save us.

Regarding relationships, I enjoy sex very much, but I am very picky in that department. Perhaps its my Venus conjunct Saturn.

Another member told me this when I said the exact same thing but what if your kid ended up curing cancer, aids, and became something huge that had the ability to help or reach out to millions of people. They could potentially fix some of the problems and make the world better.

In all actuality the fate of the world is in the hands of the youth, and by not having kids we are simply sitting back and letting it continue to get worse.
