Depends on whether consent was given or not.
Irregardless its incredibly inappropriate to grope a coworker at work even if they invited it imo.

Women go to the same restroom together. Men not allowed.
Same principal. Woman can grab other women boobs if another woman is a food friend and donât mind and apparently she didnât.
Is this all because you wanted to grab as well? Lmao

I think it depends on how offended other people are at work.

Personally, I hate getting attention for someone elseâs attention seeking behaviour.
So Iâd be telling her sheâs fucking annoying and her pathetic attempt at fondeling me is going to get her a black eye if she doesnât fuck off.
Iâd probably get shamed and called a homophobe by her and her allies.
So much for #metoo white bitch movement

What I'm partially wondering, if she did know, would she rush home and assume the fetus position in the shower and feel all victimized like she would if a long-time guy colleague did it... or would it be different? If so, why? What's the difference?

One would, another wouldnât. It comes to woman grabbed womenâs boobs! Period. No big deal.
Apparently itâs only big deal for you.
Why? Are you homophobe?

Man, what the fuck is a bi-lesbian.
She's either bi or lesbian.

Funny in the age of Metoo, that you should ask if I'm a homophobe in a matter that's essentially about inappropriate sexual behaviour, only with both parties being women.
You just made my point.

And prego was OK with it.

No the fuck it is not ok. Speak for yourself.
If any bitch at work touches my boobs OR belly, theyâre getting knocked the fuck out. Whatever happened to âkeep your hands to yourselfâ? Wtf ?! Thatâs sexual harassment, regardless if itâs coming from a man or woman.click to expand

I dont allow women or men to fondle me.
I would have been totally offended.

*trigger warning*
The colleague is preggers and the bi-lesbian figured she'd feel and fondle her tits to "determine" this. And on the job aswell. I am not sure the colleague knows the bi-lesbian is bi-lesbian. Would that make any difference do you think?
Is this a metoo thing or does it only apply if I'd have groped the colleague's tits to determine her pregnancy? Do bi-lesbians get away with more?
Asking for a friend.

Dem pregnant titties tho.

Consent wasn't asked. She just went for it, probably on account that they've worked together for years and bc of that she figured the colleague would just shrug it off which she did. Now if a straight guy took the same liberties under similar circumstances we're talking whole different ballgame. And yes I know she gets to say who gropes her and who doesn't regardless of their sexuality, that's beyond my point.
But me coming from a friendly place and getting my dick hard by groping a long-time acquaintance, and a lesbian doing the same and getting her clit hard .. should surely be viewed is the same light, no?
Same bi-lesbian has been drunkenly groping and fondling my gf on more than one occassion when we're out clubbing, also professed she was way more lesbian than straight which is also how we know where her interest lies.
I don't mind it bc I don't get jealous over other women interningling with my gf, but she too is now starting to think the bi-lesbian is becoming kind of a handful.

Yeah but to do you think a straight male and a lesbian should be held to the same standards in these matters? Why / why not?
Isn't the difference ultimately a question of perception and (lesbian) women are for some reason perceived as less shady and creepy, when they're just as calculating as guys in their advances as this example illustrates.
