Oh damn, I feel like this device could easily lead to overusing your pelvic floor muscles because it would be so fun to play the games 😬
Overusing those muscles can cause just as many problems as weak muscles.
You can set a time limit and they tell you no more then an hour a day. I did it for 15 mins today and was done cause the levels get harder.

I have decided to up my keegles and went on a search to find a product that I could use that would better help me. I've tried yoni eggs and I honestly did not like them because you don't really get a sense that you are doing it right, plus they are boring.
So during my search I found a product thats called "Perifit" it was designed to help women who have had babies or some kind of surgery to help them regain their pelvic floor muscles.... and it is interactive meaning its connects to your phone via blootooth and has interactive games that you use the device as the controler and control it with your keegles. I just used it for the first time and Im in love with it.
If you want to really kick up your keegle game I highly recommend it. Its cost is about $ 185 but I was able to get it for $ 119 due to a promotion.
