on a date, riding my bike, in the middle of summer. i was wearing all white. my bike seat was white. i stood up to pedal & felt that knowing GUSSSHHHHHH. it came dribbling down my leg.

This may be TMI but when I was in labor with my first I got diarrhea - like period shits on steroids - it was honestly the worst experience of my life
I remember sitting there on the ER toilet shitting my brains out in between contractions thinking “I will never look at a dick again I swear”

Once a month, for an entire week all I want is Ceasar salad with a particular brand of dressing. Have to soak the romain in cold water for ultimate crispness. After that craving is done, here comes the boogity boogity blood. I think blood is fascinating but not this stale, quagulated sht. I mean have you ever heard clumps of your uterous plopping in the toilet like a turd?
I'm fine with tampons. I use vajayjay wipes every tampon change to freshen up.

My periods were very regular and not much pain but after pregnancy they’ve been hellish.
Can you tell which ovary it is? For me some periods are less painful because I think it’s the left ovary that’s only half there vs the right which brings on horrible cramps.
Nothing as bad as when my ovarian cyst twisted. I thought I was gonna die. 😅

But it alternates like clockwork.
Virtually no pain to cramps, bloating, all the works.
I've noticed diet and exercise levels play a part to a certain degree. But there's always that alternating month thats worse.

I think this is the beginning of perimenopause or whatever it's called. I was looking it up and I have like 5 out of 10 symptoms.
Do any of you ladies have experience with this? I'll get it, and it can last for 2 days, or sometimes 2 weeks. The longest I've gone in the past 8 months is 18 days without getting it. And there was a few times before that of not getting it all, and not being sexually active.

Like menopause isn't enough? There has to be a pre-menopause period too? Wth is up with that, haha.
I'm trying to look on the bright side here though. I know i don't want to have any more children, so at least it would be probably hella hard for me to get pregnant. Lol.
So was your Mom able to start taking anything or grt dome form of treatment for it? I'm really hoping an IUD will help control it. I don't want to go on the pill. I always forget to take it, lol.
And from what I've read an IUD works best for heavy bleeding. I used to be like a clock. Always got it every 28 days. I could even predict around what time of the day I would get it. Now it's just totally out of whack and all ovee the place.
