Chic & sexy! These will look good on you!!

I was thinking about new frames but I wanted a dorky "Working Girl" kind of look. It would be a throwback to my elementary school days when I had the big red glasses.

It is a stereotype. And like I guessed your aren't black, you can't speak on why they are self haters.

Posted by bkbella86
And mirroring your tone. You can't hurl insults and stereotypes around and think you will get honey. Doesn't work that way.

Stfu you lying white pig

All you're doing is lending weight to my argument, foolishly thinking that your deluded, misguided and racist comments speak for all black men (and I'm not even going to go into how, like clockwork, your aggressiveness rapidly reared its ugly head).

The quotes above are prime examples of why some black men can't be bothered with black women. There's no reasoning with many black women - it's either their way or the highway. What could be a discussion has to unnecessarily become a battle of wits.

Btw, I don't recall insulting anyone, other than relaying what I've encountered, from numerous cases, IRL. You saying it's not true is like a child covering their ears and saying, "La, la, la, I can't hear you!" Even if you don't want to face up to it, it's a reality that exists.

You taking it personally is purely your issue. Now, who's insecure?

You're insecure you white pig. That's why you found yourself in the powder room talking about shit you know nothing about. Stfu

Honestly, she was pleasant about it. You made some ridiculously ignorant posts. This one is another one. The only men that complain about the attitudes of black women are weak men who prefer to date passive women without a brain. I see this a lot with Cap men, since we're generalizing.

How hilarious! 😆

Obviously, you're unable to come to grips with possible realities other than your own. Choosing not to date black women, because of their mentality and NOT skin colour, is one of personal preference and not weakness.

Brandishing all black men who have that viewpoint says more about the obstinate attitudes of black women, further compounding why some black men look elsewhere, outside the black community, for a romantic partner.

Oh, I'm perfectly okay with people knocking Caps...

I thought you were a black man the way you came in here talking about black men what they want and how they feel. It's evident you are very emotional about this topic...why I don't know. I guess you're that white guy who always says I can "relate" to the black man. You're a fucking idiot.

Who the hell the cares what your broke prison stint friends want. They lied to you anyways, if you really want to know the truth, they don't black women because they like the booty. They are too busy fucking men to even be concerned about a damn women.

People date who they want. Who cares? I get hit on by all races. Most attractive women have no problem getting any race of man this day and age. So if a man is not approaching a woman it mostly has to do with her looks, because if she's fine she's going to get hit on.

You need to start focusing on white men problems. Like why your women don't want to fuck y'all no more. Is your dick really that small?

I think it's more of a preference. Not all white guys like the short natural curly hair. Some prefer a little more femininity in a woman, not to take away from the natural style s. But all the white guys I've dated and my current one prefers long straight hair, where they can run their fingers through and pull during sex. Lol.

There are many mixed Hollywood couples where the black woman has straight long hair.

I don't know that it's your hair. I attract the same kind of men wirh my hair straight, nappy (afro), and loc'd. If their dick gets hard when they look at you, they really don't care that much what your hair looks like. It's unfortunate but true, men aren't that deep. Maybe it's where you live.
Wait, men aren't moved by sight where you are? I'd love to come over for a vacation.

Where I am, and have been, I think they have fulfilled the global notion, and are usually turned on by sight - which probably includes hair.

Not sure if sarcasm or no? Yes men are moved by sight. I lived in the south and notice no diiference based on how I wear my hair. I've been natural for 15 years. I just moved to the DC area where black men mostly date white women, it has nothing to do with hair. That's why I asked where do you live. But if you're going to be all defensive and what not...

I'm neither sarcastic nor defensive. I've lived on three continents and noticed no difference based on how I wear my hair either.

So then the original point is mute?

Nevermind then. Carry on.

Image Not Found
I don't know how a point is hard of speech, but okay.

Just an aside, though.

What is moot to the topic is the number of black men dating white women in the DC area. Unless, of course, a whole lot of black women wear their hair naturally there.

If, even one white guy is dating a black girl with relaxed hair in the south, then it shows location is, also, moot.

This is logic based on absolutes though, which I have not once alluded to in this thread.

You said black men won't approach you because you wear your hair natural. Then you try to be a smart ass and tell me no matter how you wear your hair you meet the same type of men. In other words your hair has nothing to do with you not attracting black men. I only alluded to maybe it's where you live to try and sugarcoat things because I was trying to be nice. But since you're stuck on trying to find ways to one up me, rather than listen to constructive criticism by other posters, fuck the pleasantries, it's you. It has nothing to do with your hair, they're just not attracted to you. Maybe you have a flat ass and no breast. Or a face only a mother can love. I don't know.

I'm going to take my shitty opinions, go swivel on some black dick, and let you figure this out. You seem to have all the answers.

It's got nothing to do with hair...

Some black men are simply sick and tired of the attitudes of black women. To them, they come off as unnecessarily aggressive, argumentative and confrontational. Cue dating anyone other than black women...

While I don't know anything about the OP, apart from her race, this is a possible explanation (for some of the black men) to take into consideration.

Yeah most like door mats. A woman who will not open her mouth unless she's sucking the dick.

The other black men were unattractive rejects all through life, black women didn't want them anyway. They have to buy women. Those relationships never end well. The white women usually leaves the black guy and takes half his money.

This isn't to do with attractiveness, but mentality or attitude.

I've been in situations where black women have been in my face, usually due to either a misunderstanding or disagreement. Often, black women have a problem with backing down or compromising (and that black female aggression just worsens the situation). Women of other races would have been more graceful in the very same situation.

You're obviously missing the point and women who act like door mats are at the opposing end of the spectrum. Some black men simply want someone in between the two extremes. Unfortunately, many black women are unable to provide this.

No, I'm just clarifying your point. But it doesn't bother me who people date or marry because I don't discriminate when dating or marrying myself. I recommended interracial dating instead of people limiting themselves and furthering missing out on a great partner due to ignorance. But at the end of the day do it for the right reasons not because of some underlying insecurity within yourself.

Nonetheless , I stated true facts and unfortunately it wasn't to your liking.

Like you, I champion interracial dating but this has got nothing to do with insecurities - for those black men I have mentioned, it's got to do with wanting a peaceful life.

I've spoken to many black men, and have heard stories from people over the years, and there are many black men who have had enough of dealing with the aggressive and confrontational side of black women. It doesn't mean they don't find black women attractive in the slightest.

But, as the saying goes, different strokes for different folks...

And you are further proving my point. It's due to your/their weakness and insecurity. They want to dominate and want a women who is going to accept being treated like crap and not say or do anything. Because it's very obvious they aren't treating them any different. You are just repeating what I'm saying.

But like bkbella was saying there are agressive women of every race. Watch "Snapped" sometimes on Oxygen. Those white women will murder your dumb ass, cut you in 50 pieces and hide you under the bathroom rug. Dumb coon.

I was right there with you, until that last word!

I'm actually quite disgusted.

Sounds like we're having the same issue. You're not able to come to terms with other realities either. I know quite a few real black men who disagree, hate, and rebuke when people say that bullshit about black women having bad attitudes. And I also have met, not friended, but met a few black men...and white men...who complain about black women having bad attitudes. I am not exaggerating when I say these are weak men. Usually living off of their non-black girlfriends, or cheating on them. The one's who are not treating their non-black girlfriend's poorly usually suffer from some type of intraracial hatred and self-identity issues.

We're not having the same issue. You are the one with the issue.

I've already acknowledged both realities. Where in this thread have I said 'all black men' or 'all black women'? You, on the other hand, refuse to respect one of those two realities - resorting to making disparaging remarks about the personal preferences of one of the male groups mentioned.

It's funny how you (and others) are accusing me of generalising but are doing exactly the same thing (i.e. regarding black men who don't date black women). And unlike you, I'm not passing judgement on anyone's preferences - merely reporting what is happening out there.

You want more tolerance in society? Well, start being more tolerant yourself...

Posted by Bonezmalone
I'm very silly. And definitely on the immature side for 33. I'm saying if you're on the receiving end of attitude perhaps look at yourself. Did you annoy that person or offend them & they reacted. I honestly don't give a fuck about you but someone else might react to your annoying personality & get upset. You're on here preaching about attitude when we're talking 4C hair. What are your thoughts on natural hair? Once again let's try to discuss naptastic shit...

Maturity is all about mentality and not age...

Btw, if black women are so proud of their heritage, why do so many wear hair extensions? And, no, it's not a matter of personal choice (especially when most who wear them are merely insecure sheep). Grafting flowing Caucasian locks isn't indicative of someone who's proud of being black - it's actually a paradox, and is no different from a Caucasian woman constantly botoxing their lips and being addicted to tanning.

You do realise that your irrational and illogical diatribe is simply justifying my original suggestion? Yes, I suggested that it could be a possible explanation for the OP. The only fact I mentioned is that it actually happens IRL.

Aggression, hurling insults, conjecture, putting words in my mouth, refusing to utilise own comprehension skills, acute irrationality... Hmmm... I've come across all these collective traits before...

And again i can ask white and Asian women why they appropriate our culture. You seem to only single out black women. That's because you're a racist pig. Don't worry about us. Worry about your own.

How do you know who is wearing their natural hair in Hollywood or anywhere else? Every black woman doesn't have short hair or wear a weave. There are quite a few that don't use chemicals and can still get their hair straight the same way any other race gets their hair straight. Blow drying and heat.

But from my own observations and the many black women I encounter (considering I live in a city with a large black population), I would say Hollywood is a good representation because it's only about 1 out of 15 black women walking around with short kinky hair. And I know of several interracial couples, including family and myself and short kinky hair is NOT a preference amongst white men. White men are admiring something else, it's not the hair.

Because all of those actresses had a time where their hair was natural and that isn't it.

I'm not assuming anything about black hair. The fact of the matter is, Chris Rock's mockumentary, "Good Hair," was more honest than a lot of people are willing to admit.

As for black woman not wearing their natural hair, you made my point, and my point still stands - usually when a black woman is with a white woman, she is natural. I would love to see a statistic that showed how much more likely a black woman is to be natural with a white man than she is with a black man.

Because black women do what they like, any person for that matter. You don't rock a style , look because someone likes that look. You rock what your own preference is, what you like. If you're attractive in the face and body TRUST ME a man is not going to give a damn about your hair. Look at Amber Rose bald head ass.

Is it truly what all of them like, or is it societal brainwashing and most are in so deep they don't even realize it's not really their preference but ideals pushed onto them by an industry that wants nothing more than to profit off of their self-hatred and keep them at a place where their conformity is a form of deviant "self-love"?

But I agree with you, if a man is in love, he will be attracted to a woman - which is why divorce doesn't happen every time a couple see one another when they just wake up.

Well FYI you don't have to be black to wear a wig, weave or clip ons. You'd be surprised at the number of other races that do this. Kim Zolciak has her own line. So many white Hollywood actresses wear weave. Look at Kylie Jenner. It's not a black woman thing, ignorant people make it a black woman thing.

Every race does thing to change their appearance. It's not good or bad. It's options, versatility and availability. The way of the world.

I never said it was a black thing, but there is no denying that they comprise the largest market.

As to why they do it, I'm not as romantic or optimistic as you. The psychological hold is so deep and vicious, that I don't see that aspect of emulating European standards of beauty changing any time in the near future because most don't even realize it's a problem.

This fantasy with black women has got to stop. First you were a spokesman for the black man, now you are trying to inform us about our hair?!

Just because a black woman likes to switch her hair up does not mean she is not "proud of being black" or trying to immulate another race. Race is usually associated with a color not a hair style . People of all races wear weaves, wigs, clip ons, toupees, baseball caps, hats, etc. Their reasons could be for convenience, versatility, hair loss, bad hair day, laziness and style . Does a white woman who wear braids want to be black? Does a white woman with brown hair who dyes her hair blonde want to be white? Yeah you sound like a fucking idiot once again.

Now a white woman who tans her skin color to make it darker what does that mean? She went from pale to brown, seems like someone isn't "proud to be white"
Oh, there is no doubt about it, whites LOVE everything black. The entire MO of whites has been to make blacks hate themselves and then to co-opt everything black and repackage it, calling it something different.

It's a tricky thing you're going through. I mean have you stretched your hair or wore a weave and got better attention?

I really doubt your hair is the matter here, sometimes it's just that you attract a certain type of men or guys. Who knows maybe the kinda guys you attract are the shy type that won't turn their head to watch you walk outta the room. Don't beat yourself up you're great I'm in south Africa I have a natural afro 4c too well it's not taboo here to keep hair however you want lol you could score yourself a guy with no hair. Well good luck be proud we are who we are

As for black woman not wearing their natural hair, you made my point, and my point still stands - usually when a black woman is with a white woman, she is natural. I would love to see a statistic that showed how much more likely a black woman is to be natural with a white man than she is with a black man.
How can you say that with no proof?

Solange Knowles, India Arie, Nicole Arie Parker, Jill Scott, Teyanna Taylor, Eryka Badu all wear natural hair AND date or are married to Black men. Black men love short hair on a black woman. Why do you think Halle Berry was so popular back in the day. If anyone hates weave it's the black man. GTFOH

Then WHY is 1 in 15, a statistic YOU gave, even a thing? If black men love natural hair, why aren't more black women rocking it?

All those examples you gave are of the EXCEPTION - the exceltiin I said existed. Awesome women. Choose more of our generation.

Cheers

It's not that deep. It's hair.

That's a shame. Do you know anything about black history? Do you know anything of the significance of the Afro? If it's "just hair," then why has it been playing an important part in black social and political movements? For you to say that is a crying shame.

I'm honestly done here. I have nothing more to add.
