Virgo men may be shy and reserved when interested, often showing subtle signs like gazing or brief eye contact. To approach him, start with casual conversations and show genuine interest without rushing. Patience and consistency help build trust. Let him set the pace and avoid pressuring him, allowing the relationship to develop naturally.

There is a relationship forming between a virgo man (Aug. 24 -- maybe he's a leo, I don't know) and me. However, it seems to be a stop and go, stop and go kind of thing.
One minute, he seems like he wants to ask me out. However, the next minute he acts so darn bashful, I don't know what to say to him.
LOL, I remember too days ago, I was doing my homework in the lobby. He and I had aleady spoke to each other, but he needed to go back to the gym so he couldn't stay long. Afterward practiced, he had to rush to class. However, just before he went to class, I looked up and I saw him looking at me. Then he looks away without saying a word LOL!!!
Tonight, I saw him walking with his friends (they are going to a club tonight). He didn't know I was around because he doesn't know my work schedule. Haha, I guess he heard me talking and gestured goodbye as he was walking out with his friends.
My manager and supervisor seem to think the guy likes me or has a crush on me. I have no idea what's going on but he is interesting.
Now, here's my question -- how do I approach this situation? I mean, clearly I don't know what's really going on in his head but I don't want to assume anything either.
If a virgo guy is *honestly* interested, does he behave in a sheepish manner?
Last, a scorpio girl really liked him but he seemed to be turned off my her eagerness LOL!!! I'm very laid-back and I'm not the one to make the first move anyway -- I'm a capricorn afterall π
So what can I do to nurture any potential happens without scaring him away?
