They don't like to drive their kids to sport and dance etc...several times l noticed Virgos delivering theories about how "you have to drive them everywhere....and that's if they're healthy!!!!"

Or, if their kid doesnt wanna do a sport anymore "good, soccer is out of our lives forever".

Have you noticed this? Is it a typical Virgo trait? It's quite random but l've heard it too many times.

this is soooooo weiiird.

My mom with a virgo sun, would tell me

"AM I YOUR CHOFER OR SOMETHING?" when she had to take me to school.. ๐Ÿ˜

Of course I know not all are like this.
Yes, it's a virgoan trait though, theres something there....it's not that they hate kids, it's not that they hate driving, it's just a meeting of principles, or something, theres something here that resonates with Virgos, they will tend to express an opinion about driving their kids around. There's an astorlogical meaning behind this.

No, my father was the opposite. Always driving me around. It was me who could not stand it and I'd ask him to just stop since I can walk by myself and I have friends to walk with.

He agreed but still would show up at every play or basketball match or contests. All excited and happy for me. Made the mothers of my classmates swoon over him constantly.

One thing he didn't do was go to parent-teacher meetings. Would always tell my teachers that if there's issues they should be discussed with me so I can go to those meetings in his place. He found those meetings boring.

Did you also find that he would actually be disappointed if you gave up something like a sport? As in because if invested in you- means you are throwing away some kind of potential there?

I have a Virgo dad. My whole life is a disappointment to him. I could be ruler of the galaxy he would be disappointed.

I'll never forget when I got with my first serious boyfriend...he was like "Don't neglect study...". So that year I made it a point to be first in school and ace two olympics. At the festivity at the end of the year "You could've been to four olympics though" ---___---

In all fairness I understood late in life how important contrast is, therefore I trained my parents badly. When you constantly expect and get the best there is no appreciation. Should have taught them a more moderate me.
