The question is why are you so worried about keeping this guy around and fixing something that cannot be fixed? It's not your place to do that. So why haven't you left yet? Why are you tolerating this crap?

The situation is you....there is no solution to this type of behavior except to leave...he's treating you like crap. You deserve better.

Make him trust you, you're not truthworthy as his eyes, if you really care, show him. That's all
