I’m a Pisces (f) w/ Gemini moon and would like some help on reconnecting with a Virgo guy after a 6month period of mutual no contact.

We briefly dated 18months ago after meeting at work. Instant / natural rapport between us - had same humour and mindsets were quite similar in many respects.

Dates were always lovely and he was always gentlemanly and quite tender (under the modern facade). He wanted something physical very early into dating and that’s not usually my style . Raising the subject during one date, I asked him what he wanted to make sure we were on the same page about our expectations. He said he’d had a couple of back-to-back relationships which he seemed to have come away a bit burnt from and said they both broke down because of no real commonalities between him and his g/fs other than sex. He said he really liked my company and being with me, it made him feel relaxed. He wanted something quite casual to begin with but said he’d be open to it developing into a relationship.

We dated a few more times but I kind of stopped communication as I couldn’t be sure it would go further than just a bit of fun. His lack of communication (general sense of disinterest in talking) in between dates was off putting too!!

Anyway fast forward 18months and he’s made a few attempts to text and email me (both generally about his business plans and family stuff, as well as more flirty texts. I’d reply but then he pull back again)

We’ve not talked for 6months now. I’d like to reconnect and make a proper effort to get things moving between us - including on a physical level.

Guess I’m wondering how a Virgo guy would feel about a text/email out of the blue....? Would they find it insulting or be receptive to starting afresh? What would get his attention?

Any insights from virgos, or those dealing with/relationship with virgos please! x

Put yourself in his shoes. How would you feel?

If you want to write him and say “hello, how’s your silent self” just do it. The more you hesitate, the more unlikely it will become. Unless you have fallen in love with this feeling of uncertainty, lol. Enough is enough though.....just do it! Time for a change of feelings!

Rip the bandaid off and send the text that would require a response. An offer that he has to accept or reject.

Release yourself. Either it’s a yes or no

If it’s a yes, cool and you move forward

If it’s a no, cool and you can hate him forever and move forward with someone else
