Sag needs help

Hi. Im a sag and my crush is a virgo. Last april the virgo guy and I finally told each other that we liked each other. He didnt want a relationship at the time which i was also fine with and we agreed to grow and get to know each other further. Long story short it did not work in a arguement over text messages he basically said i was not the one for him and that we can still be friends. Granted i was mad because i felt like he didnt want to show me any feeling like he liked me. And i told him off and we started arguing. I was hurt but i was accepting it but then he blocked me. After ge blocked me i just didnt talk to him or his friends and everytime i saw him i just ignored him and he did the same. He got into a relationship after he blocked me. And he continues to get in relationship after relationship. I dont understand why he didnt want a relationship with me. Before we even shared our feelings for each other he always seemed like he liked me and when he found out that i liked him she told me that he was smiling. So why the switch. Does he dislike me and what should i do. I havent spoke to him in a year and its alot that i want to say to him. Any help will be appreciated.

Not a Virgo, but a Virgo Moon and also a guy. Regardless of the sign, if a guy blocks you and ignores you, it's over. There is nothing really to do but to walk away find someone new. It sounds like this guy has moved on multiple times already. He may have liked you in the past, but it sounds like those feelings have been gone for a while.
