I thought I was getting good signals from this girl coworker but she adds almost any guy that requests her on social media so im kinda back to square one. Any tips?

She treats me a lot sweeter than every other guy at work that I can tell but online its like i dont exist. She always seems to try to get my attention if I don't notice shes around. We cant seem to break the hi how are you doing barrier. It seems like theres crazy chemistry but we cant pull the trigger. I havent had the kind of chemisty in a long time. She keeps liking memes about how shes the most loyal girl around but she cant wait around for someone thats not ready. I dont know if shes talking about me or what since shes has so many fb friends.
