VE, whether you like to admit it or not, you still gave her the same amount of attention - the fact of whether you PM'd it or posted it publicly does not change that. If a person accuses you of something in which you did not do .. then if you are innocent, why defend? For what purpose will this serve?

If you do fight, or defend a territory (such as a wrong accusation) .. outsiders looking into this dispute will see ...... the defender must be feeling guilty, he just validated the claims made against him by acknowledging them to defend them.

To fight against something that is not yours to own ... is claiming ownership of these accusations. Ownership meaning ... we are what we think, we are what we do, we are this very person if we put our personal energy into it ..... we create our own personal realities of who we are by what we think.

A truly confident person, who knows who and what s/he is, who is determined, strong and has self-worth .... has absolutely nothing to defend or defy against when unjust/unwarranted accusations are thrown at him/her.

Take this situation for example .... Fly made claim that VE was (whatever), and she did so to prompt him into making a dramatic scene to prove to people that he is what she said he is.

He says he is not .... then puts personal energy into actually "thinking" about what she claimed, for if he wasn't thinking about it, then there would be no defense.

By thinking about it, putting energy into it acknowledging it ... he just created this reality for himself, he is now thinking about being what she said he was >>>>>>>>>> reacted to it, exerting even more energy into this.
