Virgo Denial Syndrome

Signs and symptoms: all arise from extreme dissatisfaction with not having their Sun or Ascendant in a more "interesting" sign and subsequent attempts made to discover something more "interesting" in their chart. Thus: -
belief in asteroids and other forms of space rock

belief in Ophiuchus as the 13th sign of the zodiac, because then they have some planets here, making them a special snowflake

identification of aspect patterns of dubious relevance (typical example - oh look I have a semi-grand triangle of temptation between Pholus, Pandora and the Battlestar Galactica in Ophiuchus)

search for ever more obscure minor aspects such as biquintiles and septiles between "interesting" planets

sudden change to sidereal (or tropical) zodiac to get a more "interesting" Sun sign/rising sign

claims that the relocation chart is much more "them" than their natal chart

claims that their birth date, time and/or place must be incorrect

change of house system to one that gives more "interesting" results

Differential diagnosis: two or more of the above symptoms appearing simultaneously for more than a month

Lol, yup, I've been guilty of this. Except I want to be more Virgo. 😛

Lol.... I have so many times bothered my mother about my birth time asking her over and over again if she was sure that I was born at 5:28. I can deal with being a Scorpio, and I have no issues with my Taurus Ascendant....but why do I have to have a stellium in the 6th house? That is what I can't deal with. For me it is the worst. It feels like I always get stuck with everyone's responsibilities lol, I barely have a love life, and because of my Saturn being placed beautifully in the 11th house I don't trust a lot of people enough to have friends and go out and be reckless with.

You know what I do when I get tired of looking at my natal? Lol, I open up my draconic and hope for the future
