Virgo male friend

I have a male Virgo friend who I hang out with whenever I'm bored. We get along well, and joke about the men and women in our lives. I am not attracted to him, but think he's an interesting person. I care about him as a friend. Lately though, he's been asking me about my personal life and then getting frustrated with what I say, telling me I need to "figure out what you want" and then let him know. He's never said he likes me or wants a relationship. He tells me to call him out whenever I'm bored, and he's always happy to get an invitation from me because it's a good distraction from his problems. Says he forgets them when we hang out.

I'm kind of confused by him and don't want to lead him on, but he hasn't said he likes me so..what's the right thing to do here?

Do I:

A) Stop hanging out with him

B) Keep hanging out and be myself until he says something. Then at that point be honest.

Any other input is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
