Yes, that whole politcally correct thing .. we weren't allowed to have the kind of humour you guys have in your country, or we'd get in trouble for it .. so, we weren't exposed to it .. plus, some things go straight over my head .. not just humour, also, certain types of just plain conversations .. if it's subtle, I usually miss it. You have to be specific with me .. it's complicated and personal.

Actually, MM .. it's both at the same time, for me. However, I have tons of Virgo friends .. I just hate my husband for the same reasons I love him .. stupid and makes me a total contridiction .. I know.

I looked up his sun/moon combo and it says that he is totally wrong for me .. he detests the very person I am. An Aries moon for the Virgo is a horrible placement according to what I've read.

Sounds kinda unhealthy...if it makes you both miserable..you should both consider other options..don't just get stuck in a rut..thats not good for the well-being of any individual...

It's not so easy .. we have years of "stuff", not to mention off-spring .. but, we're working on it .. we were trying counseling, but, that was a waste ..

It's not like for single people, who can just walk away .. we'll get there. People sometimes get irritated with me for staying and not just walking out .. but, I'm not going to do that .. he doesn't deserve to be abandoned anymore than I do .. it has to be worked out, you know what I mean?

i have been trawling through the virgo posts on this site and the more i learn, the more i develop admiration and respect for them! they just seem so real and down to earth. yes they are criticised for not giving in to their emotions but i see this as a positive trait - they are not fooled by their hormones/emotional whims, they like to step back from their emotions and analyse situations from a detached perspective. am i right?
i wish i could do the same, instead of falling hard and fast...even willingly jumping off diving boards in to a pile of shit just 'in case' there might be a diamond in there somewhere.

I know what you mean Dyr...And well to be honest I am an energy ball..constantly bouncing off walls..So I don't think I will have problems keeping him entertained..but yeah cam imagine tiring of that role..work comes first with him..until he makes enough to retire he said..he doesn't want to be working in say like 15 years time..I am a balanced individual.,,I too have my down days where I need to retreat into the cave..not to be hounded and left alone...As long as someone can understand those without thinking something is up..I am pretty laid back..I am sure if its meant to happen with a Virgo guy it will happen...the current beau is a good one..but who's to know..I am not putting anyone on a pedestal or giving them god like praise...we're all human..No one sign is better than the next..Angels & Demons in each...

For God's sake, WHERE is CONSISTENCY———? I think there are some mentally retarded people on the board who can't think straight.

Personally though, virgos and pisces are a perfect match for each other, both can play best head games with each other and none have direction sense about where to go in life and that can create perfectly dysfunctional family. How nice!!! That saves all other signs from the mess and drama. I think though, virgos can deserve some one better than a pisces as pisces are really whimsical and stupid, virgos are atleast intelligent!I used to think pisces are harmless peaceful creatures but I have not and will NEVER date a pisces. Somehow never dealt with any of them, I am supremely surrounded by virgos and I know they are most of the times better than pisces when it comes to morals and ethics.
For a pisces, even the talk about morals and/or ethics DOES NOT suit.

Thanks Scopiogoat .. yeah, it is hard, life just is sometimes. You're right about the dividing of possessions, they belong to both of us and there's a lot of sentimental value to the majority of it. I'm sure it will be hard on him too. What I really feel bad about is him having to take care of himself .. this is really upsetting him and I found out that it's the reason why he has been trying to avoid this whole issue for so long. While living through a life of caring for another, it seems natural and wonderful and makes a person feel needed .. but, in the long run .. it's bad. He's worried about the little things of taking care of the house, bills and himself .. I know he's scared .. he's never had to take care himself before.

Last night, he dyed his hair, ate only half his meal and started to talk about stuff outside of my interest, and our life .. in his Virgo nature, he's very systematic, routine .. so, doing this (talking about change) really lightened my heart .. so, I know it's going to be ok, now .. he's going to be ok.

Life will become colorful, again, like you said .. it already is, knowing that he finally is accepting that we weren't a failure together, rather, a life-experience to grow from. For so long, he's been dark and brooding .. being a Pisces, it's obvious what kind of a reflection this has had on me, since I absorb my environment .. now, he's bright again and things don't look dim to him anylonger .. he's like a warm and scented wind blowing in the springtime, re-birth with a fresh, new and glorious outlook for another season .. bless.
