Virgos (Sun, Moon, Rising) ONLY

The attacks on virgos on here are well documented. However are the same attacks noticed in your daily lives? Do you feel like your treated differently or slighted in the real world.

Do the constant negative descriptions of our Zodiac sign warranted and or bothersome to you?

Do you feel you have to change who you are around people who know you are Virgo just so you do not validate their negative expectations?

As for me the Leo's in my building seem to delight in giving all the Virgos here a hard time about our perceived fastidiousness or our "Clean Freak" behavior(s).

The more you give the more people want. I find that there will always people out there that are negative or unhappy with the way you are or can find something that they don't like about you. I say FUCK that. You can't please everybody. I use to be that way where I would conform the way I was so I could keep people happy and fit in. But no more.

It's still a work in progress... I can't help but be sensitive to peoples perception of me but when I get in those moments I remember the quote above.

I have a Virgo rising but I've been told it affects me greatly... I'm very neat and organized and I'm a perfectionist. And a BIG control freak. But I learned that NO ONE is perfect and there is no way to ever get to that state because perfection is a perspective and an illusion. So, I just do what I think is best for me and only care about the opinions that matter most to me and that is the people I love.

Also, if those negative descriptions describe who you are as a person then you should accept them. Because everybody has negative and positive qualities to them, it's just another facet to our unique characters. So don't get offended if it's true and you know it to be true embrace it! Or else it will always be something you repress and you'll never be truly happy because not all aspects of yourself has been fully realized or expressed. If it doesn't describe you than you have nothing to worry or be offended about. It doesn't pertain to you! 🙂

I won't change because someone else wants me to or because it's fits in the environment I'm in and I expect the people around me to do the same. I get a more satisfaction when the people I'm around including myself are our selves, to me thats the best way to find out who you truly are and those around you. We're all different, different hobbies, music, foods, sex fetishes etc. Just how people can say I'm sexy, col, nice are gonna be the same people who say I'm not worth shit, loser whatever rocks the person boat thats why I don't believe anything more care for what others think about me. Nobody knows me but me and the lord upstairs.

Hmm, I don't see much in the way of the behaviors you seek, occasionally a person has had a negative experience with a virgo and will make a snide comment, generally though i find the conversations humorous and look at the interaction to as an opportunity to influence their perceptions of what a Virgo could be.

I am not seeking behaviors I am asking if the people you know say, treat, or expect you to act in a particular way. What are your observations of others toward you based on if they know your sign.

@Miamivirgo The people around me do expect me to act a certain way and that way is to act the only way I know how and that like me. Some people say "you act like a gangsters" well in reality what is a gangster and how do they act going from gangs such as yakuza, chinese triads, Italian mob, crips and blood all have different agenda and none act the same and this is a group generalization. I also hear African-Americans cry out and say Caucasian Americans act black, well last time I remembered black was a color, How does one act like an american? because he/she eats hotdogs, hamburgers and french fries. My friends have the same mind set similar to me when it comes to being yourself no matter what others think. I hope I'm getting the answer to your question right if not I apologize brother.

Oh there is no right or wrong answer I am looking for. I am merely exploring our sign in the context of how others of our sign and their perceptions. All be it this time from the viewpoint of their perception of others' perceptions.

It is time to work on ourselves and find the commonalities we share and the places we differ.

But having said this; since you have way more Virgo placement your thoughts carry way more weight then mine.

I don't feel treated differently and I won't change.

It's mostly fun...I have people coming to me "You don't seem like a Virgo at all"..as if just by studying how I walk and talk they somehow got to the conclusion I'm a Virgo.

LOL No. I get treated differently all the time but it isn't because of my sun sign.

Besides, most people don't know jack about astrology. If they aren't trying to guess me as a Leo they're failing to recognize that the individual is comprised of an entire chart beyond the designated month of birth. To dislike me as a Virgo is also to dislike Aquarius, Libra, Cancer, Sagittarius, Aries, Capricorn, and Scorpio. They just obliterated half the zodiac. Have fun with that.

Again, no. A lot of the things that are perceived as "negative" descriptions about Virgo I don't really understand. Is it really that terrible to be considered helpful, attentive, practical, intelligent, have good hygiene and physical standards, and a healthy attitude about sex? For those that would call a Virgo "naggy", perhaps they should consider what the nature of said nagging really is. If a person has to be constantly reminded to take care of themselves, hold down their job, or be a descent human being then the problem probably isn't that of the Virgo's.

Pfft, hell no. I'm not some court jester. I don't exist for the pleasure or entertainment of anyone but myself and I have stuff to do so they can lead, follow, or get out of my way. Once more, if someone expects a Virgo to "change their stripes" so to speak in order to appease their own ego it sounds like the issues are on their end and not the Virgo's.

I am not seeking any particular answer here. I am asking Virgo's how you feel people act towards you.

Granted most people don't understand Astrology and for me I find it fascinating that a lot seems to hold water.

In economics we use a statistical tool known as Regression Analysis to seek outlying facts against a field of constants.

Holding for Virgo as a Constant what are the outlying varibles? So I am not seeking anything then your understanding is the question posed.

I see alot of myself in the my birth chart and by all accounts this is not supposed to be a predictor of my personality. But it is in many, many ways.
What say you?

When I originally began reading about astrology there was some confusion about what my actual birth time was. Well, technically we still don't know for sure. But I had three charts to pick from. One was nothing like me at all. Another was kina-sorta like me but not a sure match. The one for my Aqua rising though was absolutely dead on. I can just look at my chart and *know* that it's me.

So, yes, I believe a great many personality traits are indicated in a natal chart.

Depends - Some pple just say things for the sake spewing their verbal diarrhea. Negative descriptions that are warranted are not bothersome to me since they can bring awareness to certain flaws in myself that I should address which serves as a benefit to me and also my loved ones.

No, most people I know don't even care about astrology. Even if they did, so what? being who I am works for me so there's no need to change until it doesn't.
I have one cancer friend who studies astrology. We just make fun of each other's astrological traits.
