True but there is a difference. My ex cap admitted to me he is selfish. The most recent guy I dated ( a Libra & a Cap moon btw) told me he is a selfish bastard to explain some of his behavior 😳 what they do is selfish. But there are some things the Cap does are self-care. You don’t have to treat someone in an uncaring way to practice self-care. It takes more courage though.
