Who makes for a better mother?

Cancer or Virgo

Depends on the placements. I met some cancer moms who spoil their children and I met some who don’t even bother, essentially lets the child raise itself.

Virgos seem to be all around good parents. They are generally active moms and expect a lot from their children.

My mom's a Virgo (Leeb cusp, 9/21) and the only thing that my brothers and I have all talked about is her tendency to go off on guilt trips from time to time. Otherwise my mom is pretty kickass. It was just the four of us (mom n brothers) until I was about 10 and she made sure we knew how to do basic shiz - we all did our own laundry by like 1st/2nd grade, had chores around the house, cooked meals, etc. I mean pretty normal stuff but we were alone while she worked (at one point in time she had like 3 jobs n was going to school part time plus making sure we were taken care of).

Then she met my stepdad, a Cancer, and she was able to relax some and spend more time with us/our family. I'd say she's the more strict one but it's that tough love...stepdad's the easier one to relate to and he's good for heart to hearts.

I have gotten to know a lot of Virgos. Currently working with 2 woman right now. That count is just off the top of my head. Worked with a lot over the years since the lower positions of my job has a high turn over rate.

Thinking things through and planning things out doesn't make you a "game player". That's Being smart.

Being fake, manipulative, callous towards others, and the other crap @Topsecret described. That's goes beyond sign. It's immaturity and straight toxic from a grown adult who should know better.

So my point still stands: "What's up with your social circle where you have those kind of people to begin with"

My Virgo ex is a pretty awesome mom. When we were together, I liked how she raised her son. She was affectionate and showed love to him. She was strict and firm, taught good morals. She didn’t baby or coddle him too much, but she left me with all the homework to help him with lol

As far as I know, both of our influences to raising her son has made him one smart fellah. He’s probably almost in high school now, but my friends tell me he’s smart and a proper young man

scorpio parents can be really good and protective if they don't fall into being too controlling. aries moms are also underestimated. cancer parents i know are also really controlling, or completely lost. closely i know just one virgo mom with 3 sons, she is great. organized, strict, but dedicated while having 2 jobs. and her husband is a cancer. they make a really great team.

I don't know why I'm getting involve in this. I know everybody gonna ignore my perspective but I'm gone give my perspective on this anyway.

No I will not " back the fuck up" on this. That is what you should have done in your last post instead of making veiled insults towards me. Making it personal. Seems to me you don't understand what I'm saying or you just proved my point about people judging others through their own questionable social circle. Because you just assumed I was Offended and speaking out of anger. I am now though congratz.

To answer the op better. Virgo. Both could easily spoil a child. I think a Virgo would be more likely to catch on to this and change their behavior. As well as be more consistent in parenting.Structure is important. Moon and saturn would be a better gauge of parenting style when you think of it that way.
