i Always thought Micheal Keaton is the most boring virgo ever. wayyyy tooo boring for Michelle Pfeifer.

he seems so STIFF and unyieldingly boring.

I actualy liked him in his role as batman.. i personally think Michael Keaton is hotter than Keanu *shrug*

different strokes. which is what i love!!! it's good we all like different types.

Keaton is meh.

i even think Johnny Depp is boring and meh. But my husband likes Depp. lol

Apparantly so does Tim Burton. lmao. (since he's Always in his films)

I asked my Aqua friend from work how she's doing because her father has been in the hospital. She began to tell me but I can tell in her voice and eyes she's hurting even though she's trying to be cheery and optimistic about everything.

She's like me at times carrying a tough exterior and wanting to keep emotions under control so even though I wanted to hug her I knew if I gave her a hug she'd cry her eyes out. So I kept a smile and played along with her everything is fine facade though I saw sadness in her eyes.

I'm gonna bring her something tomorrow and have lunch with her today. I'm going to do my best to be there for her.

Aquas aren't as robotic as some people on here believe or want others to believe. When someone we love and or care about hurts we hurt too. Well at least I do anyway.

Aqua sisters 😄

I believe aquas have a special bond... I don't sense the same bond with other signs, is it just me?
On dxp or irl?

Well I'm not sure about other signs but I think even if there's an occasional butting of heads among us due to our differences in communication styles etc. that there is still this connection and it's nice to feel like someone actually 'gets' you and I don't really get that from others.

Prior to coming on here I didn't really connect with other Aquas with the exception of my late grandma and friend I mentioned earlier. I think the reason why we can carry bonds and not stay bitter is because most of us have a live and let live attitude.

i saw this yesterday, "under the tuscan sun" and i never really cared for something like this, but was curious. I think the film is really lovely, and she is so scared after her terrible divorce and her husband cheated on her, But making big move to buy an Italian old villa was kind of interesting. I love seeing stuff where you buy old buildings (not too gross) where it's rustic and charming and you can refurbish it. I really love homes.

this is the full movie:

I love the old buildings like that-- there are so many in Italy, I've been thinking about it for years, who knows?

i bet it's really affordable, some of the homes there, just get an old one that needs to be fixed up.

and you can fix it up yourself.

my husband and i have been thinking of that later in the years.

this is so interesting because it's mostly True about mother/daughters....

https://www.dxpnet.com/parenting/sarah-michelle-gellar-harder-on-daughter-because-212506676.html

“Freddie sometimes says I’m harder on Charlotte because she’s a girl. And sometimes I’ll say that I think he’s harder on Rocky,” the actress shared in an interview with Momtastic. “Maybe it’s because I know how difficult girls can be.”

STORY: Angelina Jolie Goes From ‘Miserable’ Childhood to 'Dorky’ Parenthood

Deborah Gilboa, MD, a parenting expert and family physician, says that parents are often stricter with the kid who they think is more like them. “We’re comfortable being harder on the child we identify with most, because we think we understand what they need and can handle,” she tells Yahoo Parenting. And of course, on a basic level, it’s easier for mothers to identify with girls and fathers with boys.

This is so true, how the parent is often stricter with the child they identify with. Both parents are needed to raise a child, it helps with balancing these issues out.

yes both parents are Always needed!!!

even if a couple divorced, (like what happened to my husband's mother and father, they never stopped supporting /being there for him)

it's better if a couple stays together, but in today's world, not many people stay together.

ok. i'll share mine.

but share yours too!!!

so when we were talking about my husband's father, we were LOLing about the neighbors once, because they met him when my husband and his father worked on the backyard, hauling the grass, and getting equipment, buying bags and bags of dirt and supplies. Lots of hard work that weekend.

Then the neighbors were all friendly, met father in law,

(now remember, father in law has Scorpio mercury)

so the neighbors say, "We only planned to stay here a couple years or so, but we ended up living here for more than two decades."

My father in law, love his bluntness!!! he says to them, "So, what went wrong??"

lmao!!!

@apc-The weather is great here though. We do get more snow than in the east but it's fairly warm with temperatures almost always above freezing not to mention 300 days of sun. Due to the altitude (8000 feet), when the sun is out it feels 10 degrees warmer similar to the effect you get in Alaska (although that's more due to geographical position).
this is in North America??

you all got hit with snow early in November.
