Aqua man wants to marry me for visa, joke/not?

hi lovely Aquas! I have a question.

So last year in June I dated an Aqua for several times and we had great connection (but no sex) . He reveal his past and secrets to me, so we both trusted each other. But we both disappear due something.

Soo, last 4days ago I surprised him by coming to his place (he was very happy about it). We had fun together and I ended up slept with him. He asked whom I dated and wether/not I'm looking for serious relationship. He also told me he dated a girl who's out of city and LDR is not for him.

I told him my current problem (due residence permit thingy for I just finished my study in Europe) and he told me he's even willing to help to marry me, because marriage is not for him (Idk it's a joke/not since we make fun a lot)

I also told him that he's the 2nd guy I've slept with. He told me he broke up with a girl this year because she's not a keeper.

But up until now, he hasn't contact me yet. Is he lying to me or he's just using me or what? I don't understand.

Next time don't tell a man how inexperienced you are.

If he was into you he would have contacted you. This is not real.
