Yeh its was pretty full on.....Aus is pretty shaken up because we haven't really experienced a terror threat like that before but it wasn't really labeled as a terror threat because the guy was really disturbed and appointed himself as a muslim leader.

Like utopian said the store manager tried to get the gun off the guy and he was shot and killed as soon as the police heard the shot they moved in and a lady was shot trying to save a pregnant woman and the news reporter that was reporting live at the time knew the 30yo woman as her friends sister and she was a mother of 3..

At the moment in many christian parts of the world muslims are being targeted for racial discrimination but something happened when a chick tweeted this post on twitter something along the lines "If you are taking the 311 Tram and you are muslim and feel scared I'll ride with you" and it went viral in australia and people are hash tagging "I'll ride with you" and by people I mean everyone is getting on board and showing muslims that they are welcome and wanted in australia.

This is a horrific story but I'm glad that not all people take it as an excuse to abuse of others who have different beliefs. What this girl did was powerful, she rocks 🙂 And so do you 11th, for sharing such an awesome story..

They called it terrorism on cnn this morning!!

Such a sad story and the clip of the newscaster finding out her Friend had passed had me crying, her emotions are so raw, They shouldn't be sitting it out of respect IMO.
