Aquarius and Overthinking

Hi fellow Aquas! Happy Birthdmonth!

I'm just very curious, do you guys also have a problem with overthinking and overanalyzing? I do. Sometimes I just want to rip my brain out of my head and tell it to stfu. I also obsess/fixate on certain things and it tends to affect my day to day routine.

I dunno. Maybe it's just me. I'm Aqua Sun, Cap Rising, Libra Moon. I havs a bunch of other planets in Libra too.

I have Aqua moon and this is def my problem !! Lol.. I'm seeing an Aqua man and he says I over think stuff lol... so , be blessed u r not an Aqua moon. ? Analyse the crap load of everything rather than allowing myself to feel some emotion. It can be exhausting..

i do notice you stellium airs with air moons do overthink a lot. you need to listen to some eagles music, especially "take it easy"

i just had a thought. if you all overthink so much, what happens when you're dancing? and having a good time? are you all thinking while dancing?

I always over analyze/obsess over things. It affects me too. If something really catches my attention it's like tunnel vision until something else catches it.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes it's debilitating. What do you do to manage it? 🙂

Lol! Dancing is fun! But sometimes, I get too self conscious about whether I look silly or not while doing it...overthinking again. 🙂

I just want to give my brain a rest. It's exhausting. I've been overthinking since I was a 10. I need a break.

I have both problems with overthinking and overanalyzing.Its reallyyy stressing for me.To be honest my mind never stop thinking,even when i sleep i dream a lot LOL haha

Its so intense to be Aquarius,but at the same time is really fun and interesting.

you remind me a lot of this young woman, my little cousin, younger generation showed me, she's Gemini sun/Aries moon and here, she's with a Leo sun male...

I do...all the fucking time it drives me insane.

Is hard to snap myself out of it when I realize that I'm spending time on thinking or analyzing too much of something ??

I don't think too too much but it's more feeling too much, my moods change a lot so I'm always reminiscing about a memory or how I feel at the moment.. I get too caught in my emotions. My friends always let me know when I do and try to pull me out of it.

It's exhausting

I don't know if I get drawn into my emotions that way but I do feel tired when I'm in episodes of overthinking

Yes!!!

I can overthink sometimes, hate it when it comes in circles and I'll think the same thing over and over.

I have this job where I can just go into auto pilot and enjoy my shift and get a lot of work done but if someone says something bad to me or gets my goat it can have a pretty horrible affect on me for my entire shift, my managers are lovely people but as working managers they suck so fucking hard it's not funny, they whinge about their jobs and have it in their heads that they have it worse than the casual staff do.....

The one thing that does my head in is positive reinforcement, I find it humiliating and hurtful when a manager gives it to me because a) I know I'm doing a good job and b) the way they say it is very ungenuine and that alone can ruin my shift because instead of thinking cool shit like I usually do I'll go into depressed mode, thinking about other places I should be handing my resume into, thinking about hanging myself or running out into the highway, thinking about talking to the manager, thinking about every possible negative scenario following conversation with said manager....it's during these thought processes I need to remind myself to breathe, sometimes it makes me work harder, negative reinforcement works a lot better on me...
