At one point, after the 3rd date, we went on spring break and he didn’t text me for the whole month. so on social media I responded to his stories 3 times before he texted me.

I just have my profile still up.. ok tbh I did some sketch shit to find out why he wasn’t talking to me and made a fake profile to see if he would send me a message and he did, he was looking for a hookup and he said he wasn’t using it for 2 months because he was seeing someone aka me but didn’t have time for a gf atm ... which is confusing to me because why are you still entertaining me and sending mixed signals .. no judgement please haha

He can do whatever he wants really and if you get grumpy like a girlfriend he will not come back.

Okay so, I was seeing this guy in February.. we went out on like 5 dates, they were great! I haven’t had sex with him but the 2nd and 3rd dates he initiated it. Each date was in the day time and he never turns anything sexual. These dates lasted like 8 hours because he could easily find some way to extend the time. The last date we went on, I ended it early instead of going to his room like usual. Communication wise, we never texted much but he was the one initiating the conversation about 75% of the time. After the date, he texted me once a week after to check up on how I was. Since then it’s been like 2 weeks since I’ve had contact with him. I thought it was over, until I ran into him at school (it’s a big college so we never run into each other) and I saw him but I acted like I didn’t see him to see if he would approach me. He did approach me and we had a short conversation about how’s final, how we’ve been, what are we doing for the summer, etc. He asked me what I’m doing in the summer and I said I’m doing summer school and he said “me too” then he said “I’ll be seeing you around then..” There’s definitely a connection but I don’t understand why he’s so distant/ hot and cold..

Girl you are looking for reasons why your dates have been „different“ when in fact they were basic and in the end his interest decreased. Thats natural, people date, get to know eachother and then decide for themselves if they want to continue or not.

Him not telling you straight up that he lost interest romantically is a dick move because he wants to keep you on his backburner for a possible situationship while exploring other options.

You deserve better 🌷
