Aquarius in trouble or dark asshole?

So one my long term friends is an Aquarius. Though an Aquarius, this guy has got to have a Scorpio moon or ascendant because he is so freaking dark. He always has been a person to revel in what's taboo, something that I think is a distinctive trait of Aquarius-Scorpio people. Anyway, we've had a good friendship for a long time but lately he has really gotten to new depths of weirdness. He has a rag doll hanging from his fan and is spending a lot of time watching these really sadistic movies. I know it's all his right, but the last few times I have hung out with him we have gotten in these spiritual debates that always end up with me arguing for Christ and him taking the side of the devil. I haven't hung out with him in a while because I feel like we might get in a fight over it pretty soon. What do y'all think of Aquarius-Scorpio people? Are they all so dark? It's kind of illuminating to think of our friendship in terms of astrology since I am a Pisces sun and Leo moon and he is an Aqaurius sun and Scorpio monk so our sun moon combinations are in complete juxtaposition.

Do you guys think he needs he good friend right now or is he a hopeless cause because he can't break his sights from darkness?

I am far from dark -aqua sun, scorp Asc.. I am into the occult obviously , tarot astrology etc.. But slasher movies turn me off, anything of darker substance is not for me either.

Why do you think he has to have Scorpio infouneces? He may just be a dark person which has zero to do with astrology.

Hi. Im an aqua sun, scorpio moon. I am very light and bright until people get to know me and then they see my dark side. I do have dark thoughts, well not destructive or hatred, but I can think of pretty messed up things.

I personally am obsessed with the occult, and anything taboo, because thats what Im naturally drawn to. Over the years I've learned to follow what I love / like.

I love dark movies and shows. Anything that isnt occult, mystery, or thrilling is just plain boring to me....

I think because he is being so open to you says A LOT...I have found very few people that I can show my dark side to...which is who I am....so I think you should just go with the flow and continue your friendship, he must really trust you, or think that you wont judge him! 🙂

I just feel like this persons darkness must come from a higher or lower place because there is nothing wrong with him to make him this way.

I could see a Scorpio ascendant making somebody the opposit of dark. But a Scorpio moon. Having all those dark thoughts surrounded by a body of intellect and reason to give it voice... (Shudders) that's a real Charles Manson like figure right there.

What I mean about Charles Manson is that a Scorpio moon give an ability to see deeper into life and Aquarius gives an ability to study emotions in depth and make quick, educated decisions about what to do. Taken together I think such a person could be very manipulative.

What I mean about Scorpio moon Aquarius suns is that they identify their "individuality" with mysterious, dark, and weird things.

ya... and I feel like as I go through life, it shifts, for a while mysterious, then dark then weird.... but always individual and different from everyone else...and so the cycle goes on. Constant change, but familiarness. xD I love it!

I totally could 🙂 haha...There would definitely have to be a creative element to it though...even though Im "dark" I still need to express myself and my surroundings creatively!

I've had my aura picture taken and actually my heart chakra was yellow and child like. (Im guessing thats the aqua in me) The lady told me I had very conflicting aspects to my aura, like I surpressed my childlike yellow aura. ...But I did have green in it! 🙂

Have you looked up your friends chart and found out for sure if hes a scorpio moon? Im very curious.

I'm an aquarius with scorpio moon too & I love the dark side. I watch horror movies on a daily basis. I watch true crime shows, read books on things such as serial killers, mafias, etc. That kind of stuff appeals to me. It doesn't even scare me like it does others. It makes me alive. Just how this combo manifests itself, through darkness, guts, gore & splattered brain matter sliding down walls 😄 Ooh wee!! Good stuff. IDK about the devil stuff, though. Creepy.

My mom is an aqua sun cancer moon....As sad as it is I have never met a more sad, depressing person. 😢 She see's the negative light to everything....and is extremely pessimistic. I feel like cancer moons cover up a lot of sun signs since it rules the moon...

I havent met any other cancer moons, so this just speaks from my one experience... but I do know her pretty well.

I have to talk her through stuff and remind her that everything is going to be ok, and to try and see the positive in things. If I dont get through (which I normally do, I think its my scorp moon) she will be very negative.

I do for her. I've learned to accept how she is though and try and guide her through it. She responds well to my reasoning and logical thinking of why she should stay positive. I've given her crystals to help calm her nerves too & I believe they help.

You are the perfect person to help him, imo, because of your water sun. You can understand & guide him through the depths of his emotions!!! 🙂 Darkness is fun but, he cant live his whole life in constant negativity and greif! Thats no life!!!!!

Cancer moons irritate the shit out of me. So sensitive!! I dated one, was friends with one & currently friends with another one of the cry-babies. Every single one of them gets on my nerves even without me knowing their full chart. I thought the two moons were suppose to be compatible but I have a really hard time connecting with them, them & taurus moons. GRRR

The thing about this guy is that he can be really mean when you are around him but then when you leave him for extended periods of time he try's to act all nice to get you back and then once you come back he starts acting mean again...

I don't think they are all negative...
They are awfully sensitive though :/

I have dated multiple people with that placement so for whatever reason it does something for me. Doesn't totally make logical sense.. since even though I am inherently a positive thinker, I can be VERY negative and pessimistic myself.

I have noticed that Cancer moons have this kind of emotionally charged relationship to things. Like, they get so much out of music it is impressive. They understand how to look at a song as being a ritual.

yaaaaa....... I have really struggled with this too. ...but shes my mom. I have very sarcastic humor and she takes a lot of what I say very personal. I always have to talk her out of these bouts of pure sadness 😢

I'm an aquarius and scorpio moon and I love all things occult and I understand and have lived the dark side of the occult world but its all in the name of understanding really. think one thing we like to do is take something that we like to explore to the edge...we are experts of brinkmanship lol....When I was a kid I used to be the biggest goodie two shoes and I grew out of it really fast because there were concepts that were so alien to me that I didn't understand skitzophrenia, drug abusers and just grown up peoples drama...I couldn't connect with it so I became a lot of those things in orger to understand them...Like i always wanted to know what it felt like to go insane...even when I was 10 or 11 I wanted to know what it was like to have depression and I manifested it and became really dperessed in my teens and understood it eventually when i came out of it.....I think I go through a lot of ups and downs wondering if I'm more light than dark but I know that I'm good wish different shades thrown in there for good measure...

The argument you had with him where he was choosing satan could be him playing devils advocate because you oppose it so much....maybe if he saw you reveling satan more than he does he would start siding with christ lol....Its something i definately do to a fault but I do it to for argument sake and to see my own flaws and his to make my mind up later lol

I'm the same way. Funny how that behaviour = Borderline Personality Disorder lol. I swear I can love & despise the same person all in the same day...or same time in some cases 🙂 It's confusing & I'm sure other people find it confusing as well.

Yea I know what you mean about the rebel thing and that's what bothers me about this guy. Believe me I'm all for having fun being different but I think him hanging the doll from the fan is in really bad taste. And we go in that space and use psychedelics and you can imagine my feelings as a Pisces. I can't just sit there and pretend its not there. So I understand Aquarians in that way, they desire to assert themselves and so indulge in taboo's that other people can not handle, but the problem with my friend is that he is engaging in taboo's that no one can follow, he is really isolating himself with them. It strikes me how different Aquarians can be then Librans.

I feel like the goody two shoes side of it was my aqua side just wanting to be the best, not caring what people think, jusat wanting to know and show that I can do it.

With people and their disorders, I just want to understand it...sometimes its hard for me because Im so logical and reasonale, I reason everything, so its hard to connect the emotions to some people. I think its easier for me personally to connect emotionally to water suns, than moons.
