confused-daughter born on cusp.

I got a daughter whose birthday is 1-19-2002,birthed at 4:08 PM. I seen a few signs that state capi,ends 20th and some that says Aquarians starts the 19th,,,ok,,my daughter is born on a cusp. I was sure she was capi, but im not sure now,,she has many traits of the aquarian. some capi..her father is capi and I am aqua. shes born right between us..naturally shes going to take on our traits. but which is she more? what should I consider for her sign with out confusion?

She's a capricorn born on an aquarian cusp. The time for aquarius starts either Jan 20th or 21st to February 18th. It's odd though, 'cause I know more aquarians born in February than anything else. My capricorn friend is born Jan. 18th though, and our reason for getting along so well was because she has more traits of an aquarius where we talked and got along more.
