Also, to clarify - when I say previous self - I mean he was inconsistent however, that could be because 1 hes an Aqua and 2 he had a situation he was dealing with. He told me they ended on amicable terms. They both wanted to see other people.
Also, not 100% on his rising because he told me the time however I could remember if it was AM or PM. So he may not be a scorp rising.

Thank you. You hit the nail on the head. I would like to move forward (when Im interested in someone I can be aggressive and very charming) but until I know whats going on, I can be quite passive or dismissive because I HATE being confused...
Like you hinted - Im unsure of his sincerity. Ive made it clear sex will not happen unless there's a connection otherwise whats the point? I like to be catered to initially (Leo moon...) and get to know the person on a level. Doesnt have to be deep, just has to be clear lol and I dont mean take me out to fancy places and show me off... we can just hang at a park with some water but lets keep it funky.

im kinda shocked that a long story such as this had no chemistry anywhere. so not only was the title misleading, but the story was bland as well. sigh. you got me twice OP

There was definitely some provocative language used (what he wanted to do to me, what he thought would get me going physically) and things that got my nethers going but hes a very subtle flirt so Im not sure it would translate well here.

I would say Im interested and would be more inclined to go all the way if I knew his true intention. Sometimes when he speaks about sex he does so metaphorically. He says its because he doesnt know if I would be offended or not if he just outrights asks or says what he wants to do etc. I think also because we work together he doesnt want anything too messy or complicated.
Via our communication Im the more blunt one because I like everything out on the table so there's no misguided emotion.
Aries moon, they won't shy away from a challenge and can be headstrong. The more you turn your back on him, the more aggressive he will become because he won't know when to quit.

Then on this past Thursday specifically he stressed the idea of going out but our availability for this weekend was off. He joked that he wanted to get married to me but I never give him clear answers & other flirty convo like that. Then I turned the conversation more serious and was surprised that he was receptive to it. I only say surprised because up until then it had been light/jokey. So we talked about what the other liked etc, he asked about my living situation and which city (we're about a city away from each other, maybe 15 minutes) and then he just stopped.
Basically we had begun to get to know each other it, seemed anyway, this week moreso than in past interactions and then nothing. It was agitating because it was I felt "Oh! This is him? I kinda like this"... then poof.

Ok so theres this Aquarius - Scorp rising, Aries moon, Capricorn venus who has caught my attention. Hes a few years younger than I am so initially I paid him no mind. We continue to speak, its light, then this Thursday that just passed we chat more/all day and then the conversation kind of just stops. This was typical behavior but my curiosity is tingling and I want to give it to it. I reached out to him on Friday just a hello, no response.
