Went out on a date with an aquarius man one time. He doesn't initiate any conversation but he answers me and doesnt ignore me when I initiate. He also randomly compliments me when I put up a picture. Why isn't he asking me out?

Is he in your social circle of friends?

Doesn't sound like he is that interested but doesn't have any other options at the moment so he is stringing you along.
