Ladies In Limbo

I am 30 and am finding it pretty hard to meet men who are half decent and are also unnattached. Not a big surpise really as most of the good guys will have already been claimed in their early twenties (think of the parking space analogy). If I'm in a negative frame of mind then I'll think that it's nearly impossible to find a partner for myself but then at other more easy going moments I think that I've just gotta chill and if I open my eyes in the right place, moment and direction then I might find him.

But my question is, do any other women , or men, find they have this similar dilemma where they at a juncture where no elligible members of the opposite sex are nearby or even in the distance any more?!

Yeah I getcha actually! People move in and out of parking spots for all sorts of reasons. No way you can predict how any one spot's gonna be occupied, just gotta roll with it (ie the wheels in your car) and then when you see one free and the space fits, just roll right in!

pisces: I don't feel right with younger men. I was with a LEo guy of 26 and he behaved like an AH. I'd prefer somebody a bit older than myself. It's all psycho han-up stuff tho, if a really nice younger guy came along that looked like the parking spot for me, well then I might just drive right in there so to speak!

Mr parking spot (Hee hee) is 3 years younger than me (Hee hee) but he is Aqua wise so yeah.

primegen: yeah I know what you mean. Well a guy who would go with me for that reason would be in for a disappointment because I go cold if I sense that there is any hoodwinking going on. I like to get real with someone at that level even if it's not gonna go much further. If some jerk was just there to see how much or what I'd do I'd tll him to get his skinny little arse out of my sight PRONTO or I'd get my wooden spoon out and give him a red ass.

Oh argh....where shall I start....ok ok....looks wise something that attracts me - that can be a lot of things all very diverse, I tend to like dark eyes, and tall, went thru a big phase of fancying Italian men A LOT (dunno if I'm out of that yet) easy going in personality, is not too gushy gushy sentimental, but is nurturing and has a big bear hug chest to cuddle up to at night, is intelligent and quietly self assured, not by any means a "mouth piece" who talks way too much and actally communicates little, ....oh and has an average to large penis 🙂

Yeah I know what you mean Primegen. Reading over my list it seems like I'm incredibly choosy. Well I am and I'm not. I mean obviously you've got to be choosy about someone you wanna share your life and intimacy with. But expectation wise I don't I'm too excessive. I do have to feel an attraction to a man for it to spark fromthe beginning tho. Sometimes attractions can ignite after I've known someone for a a while but usually it's first base.

Yeah I agree with that too. My list would be like my dream fantasy man. But realistically I'd have a few basics that we'd have to agree on first of all. Like fidelity, what space we were gonna give eachother ie boundaries, same general interests like food, music, culture........... umm....hey a list's already forming again..........!

it can be sort of tough....but that's what relationships are, compromise.....u slowly begin to lose pieces of yourself until u both become a single entity.....i'll stay away from that in the meantime, thank you very much 🙂
