Everything you said is true. I always questions her loyalty and love, actually i don't believe her love 100% and doubt her more when times that she is distant with me, no matter how many times she told me not to doubt it. When she is stressed out she become cold and distant but when times that she is happy, my heart melts. We are in a LDR, we tried to be with each other as much as possible. She visited me 2 months ago for 12 days and I'll be with her on my birthday also i'll be spending my xmas and new year with her family this year.

That Neptune aspect is like moving forward blind. Ime it doesn't reduce the quality of the relationship at all or define her love for you, it makes it difficult for you to perceive the love.
