My girlfriend is dating an Aquarius who claims he's in love with her. The other day she reports he was uncharacteristically snappy, easily irritated, and grouchy. When she questioned the source of his bad temperament he says he's concerned about his money, and his misses his late grandmother. She interpreted his behavior as an indication of needing space, but after she left, he literally cried and asked her to not leave. She explained she doesn't want to be mistreated, and left. Any insight? Is he grumpy? cheating? just having a bad day, or being himself? Any insight will help she is really confused by his behavior.

Oh for fucks sakes he's obviously having a hard time processing his feelings, what a cu t for walking out on him for being "snappy" I do it all the time, it's like carrying a really heavy jug full of water that's over flowing, sometimes you stumble and you spill a bit and people get wet.

No she doesn't gave to wait around for him to get his shit together but if she gave a fuck about him she would see past his attitude and listen to what he's saying and help him solve his problems.

That's what my boyfriend does for me, he sees no point in sitting around feeling sorry for myself, if I'm upset he'll take me to the beach or for a run

Like your boyfriend, she is a Libra... She suspects he's upset over another woman, and just using these tall tales about his grandmother and money as a way to cover up suspicious activity. I haven't a clue... But I will cut and paste your answer and email it to her. She doesn't know what to do.

Maybe its all the above. Me personally i wouldnt assume anything once unless u see it as a pattern. I would atleast help him out see what his problem is crying. Why would she assume hes cheating? It has to be more to the story if not your friend should relax and investigate his behavior further one time isnt enough to make so many assumptions we all have our bad days and can be snappy.

she left him AFTER HE CRIED!!! that's just cold.

No she left, and when she called him back he was crying. She left after he treated her like shit all day! Never explaining to her what his problem was, just acting like a jerk. Finally she had enough and left, when she called him back he was crying and finally told her his problem. Her perspective - she is more than willing to be there emotionally for him if he can treat her with a measure of civility when he is upset. They have just known each other for 2 months, and he's already telling her he's in love with her. But she didn't know how to process his rudeness, she assumed he wanted her to leave. So she left.

She just has to learn to suck it up and not take it personal when he snaps at her. There is no strength in a relationship if the girl leaves when the guy is trying to vent. No matter how he vents. It's all give and take. All relationships have arguments, but it takes strong people to stick together and sort it out together. Does she have any water sign placements in her chart like Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces moon?

I'm glad here only going out for a few months, I thought they had been together longer, it's a huge problem when people don't communicate in relationships and it's something they have to learn for themselves, it's nice that you're the mediator in all this but for him to be saying he loves her after 2 months is fucked up and sure to fail unless they get a grip on reality, if I were you I'd let them be.

Nope, they're grouchy under stress...at least mine is, which is pretty much most days. I either leave him to it and not let it bother me or tell him if he won't talk about it to get over it. Just depends on how bad it is. No way are you gonna get friendly treatment if they're dealing with shit. Just doesn't happen.

How do you tolerate that?
You just leave him alone until he sorts it out

After lots of years of not tolerating it and nothing changing (and making both of us miserable ) I decided it was either accept it, go crazy, or leave. I loved him too much to leave so that really only left learning how to accept it and deal with it.
