Mercury in Aries can make individuals direct and assertive but may also lead to impatience and rigidity in thinking. It influences how they communicate, often favoring quick, straightforward ideas. However, personality is shaped by overall chart factors, including sun signs. Not all Mercury in Aries individuals are rigid or narrow-minded.
Taurus, cancer , Aries , Geminis are the babies of the zodiac. Especially Aries
Like many toddlers, they are courageous, bold, fearless , stubborn, picky, annoying, innovative, lack depth.
They are literally just starting out on the zodiac journey. Comprehension skills suffer the most with the beginning signs. But put them in the right direction, that singular way of thinking can be very productive and bring them recognition

I’m starting to think a Taurus sun / Aries Mercury combo is terrible for communication not that they aren’t good speakers but they can not understand others opinions I disagree with a lot of people but I still understand where they’re coming from. I notice they like to nitpick as well
As D said baby placements
I’ve found this with the sun and moons too....
What is your Mercury? Does it square Aries Mercury?
As a Sag Mercury, I find them refreshing. I like how talkative, caring, excited and direct they are. I prefer them over other Mercuries that are squared to mine.
I know an Aries moon, never dull and very open-minded, he's also an Aries Sun.
I said Aries Mercury not Aries sun lol I mentioned the Mercury cause the ones that I know with this placement seem very narrowminded
aries is too overwhelming but i really appreciate them on screen, gemini i've always found very good at understanding how people think/move (maybe not so much on motivation) and cancers i feel really depends on their moon. taurus i just feel is conflicted. they are very 'ordered' people. big police energy. and that's something i've always recognized as rooted in routine- something all earth signs share. but what i find really odd is that they strive to go far away from hedonism so they can discipline themselves, not in a masochistic way but towards self-mastery.
like kierkegaard trying to work even harder to resist his natural laziness and self-indulgence.
kinda like self-help books (my least favorite type of literature). marx with historical materialism, kant's universal moral law, machiavelli's rule of fear and weber's liberal imperialism all share a common thread of control, order.
i sit in awe at that kind of discipline. personally, i'm way too entitled and moody to be so rigidly set on anything, least of all following rules and regulations. i'm too mercurial and i feel like i naturally suffer enough, no need for add-ons 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Stale? 😂 not at all. Have you ever seen Marshawn Lynch in literally any interview? I love him.
He really charismatic. Just blunt af
Is it a mercury in Aries thing for them to be very rigid and narrow minded I noticed a lot of them seem to be kinda boring with ideas and conversation in general it’s like they can never understand where you’re coming from the ones I’m talking about were Taurus suns as well so is it the sun sign or the Mercury that make them act this way?
Being narrow minded would be ego.

I’ve had the same experience with two Taurus suns, Aries Mercury at work; both over 40 and are supervisors.

Also, both stick their foot in their mouth *alot*; they’ve both been written up before, while managers.

It depends, and the ones you're referring to have a fixed sun sign, which is in essence, going to come across like it's defending a point, regardless of the mercury placement. I'm sun conjunct merc in aries, but both of my placements are in the third house for sun/merc, so there is some free flowing intellectual discourse that always happens. For the most part, this placement will use intellect and a bit of logic to communicate, which is contradictory to narrow minded-ness in general. It sounds like you've encountered the negative expression of a particular combo, the rigidness sounds like more of a fixed sign thing tbh. *Shrugs*, idk, most people in this placement I've met aren't rigid, just very direct. Also, what houses were their mercuries in?

My oldest is Taurus Sun, Aries Mercury and he's very rigid in his thinking. Call him the Future Dictator
Tracy Chapman does not seem rigid or stale
Keyword “Seem” lmao

Einstein was the other example of Mercury in Aries that you selectively avoided.
*listening to Chapman song and tunes you out*
Let me know when you offer something refreshing to your own thread that is not stale or rigid.

I think you mistunderstood the definition of rigid it doesn’t mean dumb it means basic unable to see others perspective. In fact if I had to choose an example I’d say you at this moment, but I don’t know you personally.
you can’t be tuning me out that well if your replying to me on a thread I made 2 months ago.. 😐
Lol “selectively avoided”? More like blissfully unaware I didn’t read every comment in the post I was pretty much over the whole topic and in true Aries fashion I moved on. I suggest you do the same.
aries women are so relatable and fascinating to me in films and videogames
