lately i read allot about astrology and it has ZERO relation with science

its all superstitious , or in other word mystical

no one can prove its real or not ,

that far stars million light years away from us (*the stars make the astrology signs ) cant effect us scientifically


yes the changes of seasons may effect us but not far stars million light years away from us

science don't accept this

and i don't like to believe in something not scientifically or very mystical

so I'll give it 0

I cant prove that it is real..but I can see how astrology is connected to us individually.

Let me explain briefly...

Aries....indpendent?
Gemini ....different personalities...(THAT IS THE TRUTH!)
TAURUS.....very tough
Cancer.....family oriented

just a few to mention...

..actually "the proof" is the people. For the most part people (do) act like their core sun-signs, and do reflect the whole of their extended natal charts. An aries is an aries and i've known many, a pisces a pisces, an aquarius an aquarius and so on and so on. We're walking proof of astrology's existence everyday.

Victory, What do you mean by real— You mean its a natural phenomena?? Or a realistic perception which could possibly be fake?

To me Astrology is a natural phenomena. Its human interpretations are quite messed up and not accurate because the guys who tried to explain it often failed to explain the entire structure in an accurate way. Suppose if Newton said "all heavy objects will fall into earth" and found a theory for heavy objects instead of gravity, we would have been living inside that constrained set of law. Thats what is happening with astrology.

Well victory, there are some things are can not be scientificly proven and yet exist. Do you believe in fate , Victory? Fate cannot be scientifically proven, yet does it mean that it does not exist? What about hope then? There is no way to prove that tommorow will actually be better, yetpeople still irrationally believe in it.

We all require something to put our faith in, something beyond the scope of science. Some found it in religion, others found it in astrology. Imagine a universe where everything is scientificly proven and there is nowhere for us to put our belief, life would be really bleak, a life that has no room for faith in something and no room for hope.

last days i was watching a reality television show , i just watched it for the purpose of astrology , and give it a last test


i was focusing on two girls , the first one was social fast moving have a slim nice body charming and she may like someone today and like another the other day kinda moody and talk allot

i said she should be GEMINI


the other one was having a round face with kinda fat body she is social very moody she cry for no reason sometime but still sweet

i said she should be CANCER

guess what they was all right after i cheeked there profile

interesting what you said, Victory ... i have guessed right more times than naught, or at the very least got the element correct. (perhaps Aries or Virgo had more of a subtle lunar influence or some other contradictory aspects/planets in their chart. If you looked at their charts as a whole, i'm sure it would make much more sense.)

That's because, we are not just governed by our sun-sign alone, Victory. Some people may be a double or triple of their sign, and thus much more typical and easier to guess. I am a Pisces sun, but have major influences of Aquarius in my chart. Astrology can be very complex and the deeper you go, the more interesting and rewarding.

Religion and science cannot be compared since religion only requires one to 'have faith and believe.' Science has very different requirements.

Your initial post made more scientific sense, Victory, than your last. Your examples were superficial as far as astrology goes. There is much more to someone astrologically than their sun signs. Their physical description can be attributed to their rising sign which can be extremely different from their sun signs. I am an Aries and if you met me socially, I wouldn't be 'typical.' I can be very shy and moody. I abhor people who are pushy and aggressive.

That aside, I don't believe in astrology as a science per se. I do find it interesting and enjoy the exploration.

Probably she had a bossy sister or mother who always kept her under control thinking she is way naive. I know one such case. She has to ask permission from her elder gemini sister to do anything and she is still an attention seeking 24 yr old kid who cry in public if you ignore her for 10 mts.

Every time I tell my Aries friends how good they are as long as they listen to themselves and stop doubting their own capabilities, I have seen them becoming so happy in no time. I guess there is an element of self doubt which troubles Aries.

Science is not a belief system. Thats why its called science. Since you can experiment with astrology and get same results 8/10 times, what stops you from considering that as science? Lazy to experiment? Lazy for critical thinking? Or waiting for some scientists to do that job so you can start believing??
When you see some ice floating around the ocean, it can be easily deducted that there is more under the water and you are not hallucinating. All you have to do is to go further and confirm your doubts than living in the comfort zone of doubts.

i think astrology is a mix, really. We can say it's scientific, because it's based on real planets in the real universe, reacting/transisting/aspecting to one another; ultimately influencing us. But there is also an artsy, intuitive, somewhat spiritual aspect as well that delves into the humanistic study of character and human nature. A stairway leading to truer self-understanding and within limits direct your own destiny.

I'll do more researches and observation about this subject *now i think i have raised the astrology score to 2 / 10

after more observation and research i may raise it to 5 /10

I think it is around 7 or 8.

If it is a sign I know, I am pretty actuate at guessing people's sign. I can often shock people by guessing after knowing them for five minutes. If I get the sign wrong, I usually get the element.

I once dated a 7 planet Sag. He actually LOOKED like a centaur.

This is what I believe and why I only give it about a 7-8. I don't think we have completely figured it out but I believe there is definitely something to it.

I find as I study people and astrology more, I find a lot of misconceptions. I believe these are misinterpretations that have been handed down.
