In other words fierce loud people are leaders? There are all types of leaders out there. Mahatma Gandhi would be a pisces personality wise yet was an incredible leader with super human inner strength.

i dont want to be a leader at all.
i want to follow someone i can trust and let them lead.
but i also do my own thing. although honestly i dont always do my own thing "right" so i would rather follow. lol

Some of the best leaders I've seen in my own personal life were Sagittarius. They have enough knowledge and experience to know what they are doing, and even if they don't know whatsoever they will always act like they do and give a solid attempt. They tend to not admit fault also, which added up gains them tons of followers. It just depends whether they burn too many bridges or not.
