I'm not an expert on astrology by any account, but Neptune often deals with drugs and alcohol. There could be indicators relating to that somewhere in your chart. In any event, if it makes you uncomfortable, why do it?
When i'm with my boyfriend he helps me feel less anxious/paranoid when i'm having an episode and then it's back to being good again. it comes and goes during the time i'm high, sometimes it gets really bad and it feels like it won't go away but he's always there to help and i manage to distract myself.
it's tiring but also having an mental illness. but anyway there's so many things i haven't been able to do or i'm not able to do because of it. i guess i'm just trying to be normal and not letting it stop me from having fun and enjoying things i like.

Doesn't always make me paranoid, depends on how I feel before hand... like I won't want to get out to get food and be around people

I didn't make this thread to know if there's something wrong with me, i know i have a mental illness and how the drugs affect me and it's my choice to use them or not but anyway, my question was about how even though all the shit is going on my brain and i think people can notice it, i look like i'm sober and doing just fine.
I thought virgo placements aka rising and moon made you look more organised and that u have your shit together

I experience the same thing, it comes with being a stoner. And yes, if you have placements or aspects in your chart that indicate you could be slightly more paranoid, then it is worse. I have a but load of Scorp & 8th House and I'm a huge stoner. But I don't worry about things like if people know i'm high and shit like that anymore.. it's progressed. I'm now more paranoid about someone killing me or hurting me. It also plays on my insecurities and creates false illusions in my head in regard to life and relationships. It sucks but my Momma ain't raise no quitter 😛

Did you miss the part i said i get paranoid because i have a mental illness? the weed is fine, my brain just doesn't accepts it well.
Relating to astrology, my point was how people see me, their impression of me when i'm not sober, and it was just a thought since i have Virgo placements and several people made similar comments.

Drugs treat all people different. In high school I use to feel a white out coming many times. I think it's similar to paranoia. Something with oxygen being cut from the brain, or maybe just the drug taking over makes your brain race. I get moments of paranoia all the time, but they normally only last a few minutes. I get paranoia worse when sober tbh. Weed makes it easier to move on from the paranoia, because my mind is wandering to many places. Especially if drunk. The thing we getting drunk is the major amount of damage I can tell it does to my health. I've learned how to control my high, which is why weed is such a good medicine. All medicine wants to take things over and change you in some way. With weed you can adapt and adjust and make it work for you much easier with less cons. This is impossible with other things like alcohol. I also don't like to smoke too much. I feel that has a huge impact on your mind. I just like to puff a bit throughout the day and try to maintain a balanced high. In the end though if weed is making you feel bad and you can't control it, don't use it.

Do you just feel paranoid, or do you have panic attacks? And if you keep getting paranoid, why do you continue to smoke and drink? Just curious. I used to smoke A LOT until some asshole laced my shit and caused me to have a horrible panic attack to the point that I felt like I was gonna die. Now because of it, I can't smoke at all. I have horrible anxiety too and THC triggers it. I tried smoking again a couple years back, but I just kept getting panic attacks so I completely stopped. I'm a Virgo rising too, but I don't think it has to do with astrology. When I was high, you could tell I was high af lol my Virgo rising didn't hide it. Have you tried pure CBD for your mental illness?

Maybe you should start smoking cbd buds. Thc gives you that heady wonky vibe. Cbd is just chill. Relaxes your body and is said to be great for anxiety. I tried this one called sour tsunami. It's 100% cbd. Very nice. Also the oil comes in capsule form.

First of all I'm a very paranoid person and I have a mental illness and i don't know if anyone knows this but mental illnesses and drugs don't mix, sadly.
Anyways, I get even more paranoid when I smoke weed and I'm sorta used to it and my boyfriend is aware of it as well. But yeah when I smoke I can get 10 times more paranoid than usual and every time I ask him stuff like "am i doing something wrong?", "do i look high? can people notice?" (specially if i'm around his mum or da popos) or just tell him i'm freaking the fuck out and he always tells me "you look fine what are you talking about?", "you don't even look high at all" and stuff like that. And he hasn't been the only one to comment that.
