cancer and capricorn

I see these two signs paired A LOT, whether it's best friends or lovers, I see it everywhere!! I thought they we're supposed to clash... opposites attract and all that but I don't see as many other sign opposites together as much as these guys. Every cancer I know either has a Capricorn partner or close friend. Thoughts?

Yeah it really was surprising to me when I noticed it. Hmm

Better as friends for me. One of my good male friends is a Cancer, been friends since high school...wouldn't want a romantic relationship though.

Have a couple Cancer female friends too that are great.

it's opposite ATTRACTS.

its all the sun signs pairings they all have opposite attracts in the chart. whether in the sun or moon or mars ect.

you get deeper in astrology and it's THERE...and if you dont see it in placements, the more "hidden and secret" are the houses. like having sun in 6th will be married to a Pisces sun, or a sun in 8th will be married to Scorpio sun. and the list goes on.

I have a question for you... how do cancer man at towards cap women they say they "like" im not around him i only met once and it was great right now he's in school in another state 1300 miles away and he does talk to me only when i initiate a text and he always response.. i have told him im going to leave him alone a few times about he says no or he will contact me and doesn't is he string me along... and i dont text him everyday maybe 3days then a week time frames like that. he has said he missed me and that he likes me only when i say it tho. what do u think should i give it a chance —

I'm a Cancer that's been with a Cap for most of my adult life. The early years were pretty rough, a lot of power struggles, and the fights were insane and would go on until we were both so exhausted that we just fell asleep. It would have been so easy back then just to give up, but one of us (and usually both of us) always kept working to make things right. Since we've learned to communicate effectively and trust one another (that takes a good long while) the relationship is amazing. When a Cap loves you and let's you in it's the safest place in the world to be. I still have my own shell that I crawl into from time to time, but most days he's sort of my protective outer layer.

Yes it can be rough. Going true a " cold shoulder " moment from him at this moment. Yes, sometimes a bit of a power struggle. I am normally quite dominant but for some reason i like that he is taking the lead. But sometimes i have to say something that i am not agreeing with him and than BAM....---> the cold shoulder

We are casually dating (not exclusively, although I'm the only person he is currently seeing)
I am preettty sure we are heading into bf/gf territory in the next few months.

I have never ever ever felt SO COMFORTABLE and so understood so quickly by anyone except my female best friend (who is a cap)
and the sex is phenomenal. so loving and passionate.

I had a Cancer gf when I was 21. She was a few years younger. She used to cry a lot from little things that I did that she perceived as slights. As a young cap, I wasn't sure how to handle that kind of over emotionality. I like Cancer moon as a placement so I wouldn't close the door on the sun.

I think for both, it's a high risk, high reward proposition (the water sign conundrum lol). It can be amazing or a complete shit show where cheap shots are graded on effect..and there's also Cardinal competition to account for.

For example:

Cancer friend Erin: "Hey what's up? Are you going to watch the Superbowl? The Broncos are in it!"

Me: "I might work instead. I'm a Pats fan."

Her: *with straight face out of nowhere* "I knew there was a reason I hated you."

Me: *Me with wtf look on my face after getting a slight tingle in the feels*

Her: "You should come by, we're a having a little get together with close friends and I hope you can stop by."

Reminds me of CC a little bit..Cancer toughness combined with softness..stab you in the eye and then dress your wound lol

Cancers r the mothers of zodiac Capricorn r the fathers of zodiac. We r the only two signs in zodiac that is adults. The reat r babies teens pre adult etc. Kind of like king queen in a way no offense to other signs.

Been with a Cap woman for longer than I care to admit. At first it was relatively horrible, but over time I got to the point where I just ignore about 75% of what she say's and don't let it bother me at all. Used to have the ability to make me angry, not much of anything she says phases me at all. They are pretty negative people, I will say that. Debbie downers much of the time. But it can work because both signs crave stability - particularly financially.

Just do you. I tend to wear a lot of different hats with people, mirror a little too much. I don't really let a lot of people know me. With my Cap I've always been 100% goofy, ridiculous, moody me. And in 18 years I can only remember one time where I thought he might give up. That was a time where I had to really take ownership of some of my actions in the marriage and really make an effort to make changes for my own growth as well as the growth of the relationship. Don't chase, don't play games, just enjoy the journey.
