Mars conjunct Venus... Anyone ever have this relationship?
Yes, he was the mars, I was the venus and no, I totally didn't get the hype. I feel robbed and our conjunction was literally down to the degree...
But I should add, he thought that, he thought it was instant overpowering chemistry, it was me that had the problem.

Husband has Mars in Gemini and I have Venus in Gemini. Never been physically attracted to someone until I met him.I actually get hot for him.

I thought he was everything I wanted on paper but I couldn't get excited about it. I just wasn't attracted and because he was so perfect in my eyes, that I tried everything, that's why I ran our synastry - I even tried getting super drunk —
I've had that several times with people, both ways. I've even had it both ways with one person (his Mars conjunct my Venus, my Mars conjunct his Venus).
Even with close conjunctions, for me it's rarely been what you read about amazing sexual compatibility. Attraction - maybe it helped with that - but I wouldn't call it instant or all that strong often and definitely it could be skewed (one person more attracted than the other). I can't find a pattern to say that, for example, if I'm the Venus person, that means I'm more likely to be drawn than the other way around.
The best I can say that it seems to help with an affinity in general which has been good for enjoying the person's company and understanding -- good for friendship at the very least.

Hmm I'm really trying to pinpoint exactly what it was. I think it's honestly the emotional connection we had. Our moons conjunct as well, so we understood each other on a deeper level, and it made it easier to connect I guess. We were fwb's for a long time, so we definitely started to learn each other's body language, and could sense what we both wanted. What I loved about him was he was all about pleasuring me, instead of being completely selfish (he's a Virgo, so that service act is great for the bedroom lol), and I of course returned the favor lol.

Mars wants Venus. Venus was the only godess that could tame mars the worrier.
Within 1 degree it's a Karmic relationship.
He wanted me everywhere, all the time...he said he never felt that attracted before. His passion made me feel wanted and beautiful. This lasted 3 years and sex was only getting better.
It was hard to move one due to this. I feel like i will want him all my life.

From my experience, no matter what you "think you should do" what is supposed to happen will happen.
I felt that my mind could not take over my urge to go back with him. Even if just to have sex one more time (i know not my style aswell). I would go 3 months perfectly sure it's over. But something would always bring us together.

I can definitely relate. His Mars is in Taurus and my Venus is in Taurus. We are so drawn to each other and the sex is so passionate and electrifying. Even if unknown forces pull apart, I feel that I will always want him in my life. Especially for the sex.... ijs.

hm nope. i'm not attracted to earth venus, none of them. but platonically they are good people, the ones I have met. I love water and fire venus, but only aries venus in fire. cause im a 1st houser.
maybe if I were 5th house venus I would like leo venus, or if I were 9th houser, I would like the other fire.
