Don't think it's got much to do with astrology, and more to do with your current feelz. Me and my boy both have almond-shaped eyes - me blue-green, him icy blue, but our charts are completely different.
When I'm relaxed I have a resting bitch face going on (lunar Virgo moods). When my Aries stellium takes over, I almost look demented, more alert. When my trollish Sag rising is in charge, my eyes are wider.

Well, you got a point... But 2Pac was a straight up aggressive ass man.
Passive aggressiveness is a Pisces Moon trait big time... Which he wasn't.
You said Aries Moon temper doesn't last. His temper didn't ever last.. He did a lot of things for the drama and entertainment in rap music. I think Gemini loves the rapstar life the most. He was also mad cocky - which is some Aries moon shit.
At the end of the day, if you are born in the late or early degrees of a moon sign - you possess both qualities of the neighboring sign.
Like XXXTentacion was a early degree Sagittarius moon, making his Moon Conjunct Pluto in Sagittarius.. But he still felt a little Scorpionic to me, due to his moon cusping with Scorpio.
I consider 2Pac's Moon cusping - but he did have them big dreamy fish eyes...
