When Saturn first went into sag, I suspected there more a bit more xenophobia going on and concern about foreign cultures.

Brexit happened.

Trump happened.

Now France might elect someone who'll leave the EU and also has been perceived as a xenophobic person as well.

If you think political systems are having a meltdown now, just WAIT till Saturn goes into Cap!

It won't go into Capricorn until December, so you have from now until then to deal with administrative business you to deal with before they become REALLY incompetent globally.

Though it it's never ALL bad! Where you have Capricorn in your chart is the area where focused sustained effort will be really beneficial once Saturn crosses over that house in your own chart.

For example, a person with a Capricorn 6th house would have a much better time in making routines stick or anything else that's requires self-discipline and continued efforts. Like a diet! Dental work would be another thing they could have done as well.

A person with Capricorn in the 11th house would have a better time getting things done in groups related to a cause. like nonprofits or committees , etc.

So what house does Capricorn rule in your Chart?

Cap rising in first house? Take it will be good

Can u give me an example?
Oh! It'd be a great time to start an exercises or diet to change your physical appearance, especially if weight loss if your target. You could end up getting more responsibilities relating to your work/career OR have the theme of responsibility played out in another way. Like say you decided to adopt a pet to take care of, your self-image would then have the added to it "responsible pet owner".

Anything you want to do that effects your self-image that requires self-discipline and continued effort would be optimal at that time. Even stuff like reading one book a day or just adding an an extra foot to your daily walks, etc. Doing things that increase in difficulty gradually are also good around this time!
