Not just in career ..i mean when ...when they want something ..or someone..

Anyone with strong mars such as exalted , in its own sign in cardinal houses will work hard. My mom had exalted mars just cannot relax. Unfortunately she has bad back now in her old age. Influence of saturn makes on lazy. Saturn is slowest moving planet (classical astrology)and its influence on ascendant or moon makes one lazy i think. Sun sign wise i think aqua and pisces for laziness and aries for hardworking but that analysis would be rubbish without checking their mars .

Fire: Aries...in spurts. Or an excited leo.

Earth: Capricorn...although I do think both Virgo and Taurus will step up if it's a matter of something that needs to be done; they care about things working smoothly.

Air: Gemini. I've had a lot of Gemini colleges and they usually get the job done. Some libras have been really good, but some of them spend more time gossiping than actually working. So Gemini it is.

Water: Scorpio. My favorite colleges of all time. They get the job done and they do it well.

I am lazy AF gotta say. I get stuff done, but its a constant internal pep talk.

depends on the job.

if you're blue collar worker, you will be working super hard with hands on work.

even being a Doctor, surgeon, ect you will be working both hands and brain.



some jobs dont need much hands, just brains.

Water-Scorpio-they work smarter than work harder i think but still once they set their mind to it they go all out

Air-Aquarius i know a lot of aquarius and they work way past midnight and still get up early to do their job

if you have to pay bills, make your mortgage, pay off credit cards, eat and sleep somehwere with a roof over your head have medical insurance.

I work with a Gemini who constantly tells me (triple Libra) how hardworking and smart I am while also constantly telling us how lazy and dumb her sister (Libra) is. 😂

I have a Scorpio Mom who worked hard my whole life and some past parent figures (Cap and Sag) who were really hardworking as well to be my role models. It all depends on several factors...

Cancer will work any job, any pay until they get what they want.

Cappies will work the same amount, usually a lot for as much time as it takes

Taurus will work very very hard all at once

Virgo will just work nonstop until something happens to them or the doctor orders them to stop working. Lol.
