Personal experience with Scorpio Mars - they can hold on to a grudge for DECADES and will give you no indication of their grudge until the shit hits the fan. Even stuff that happened 20+ years before (which you completely forgot about cos life is too short), they will bring it up just to burn you.
Cancer placements can hold it in as well, but are more obvious about it.

I used to be tight with this Cancer girl. Knew her since hs, 10 year friendship. She would ALWAYS keep a mental tally of who spent what and would hold a grudge if she felt like it wasnāt 50/50.
Funny thing was her memory would be super selective.
For example we went to the hollywood cemetery and she got all but hurt that I didnāt offer to pay half on this map/guide book she decided to buy. It was ridiculous. Especially since I drove, smoked her out, and bought us lunch and wasnāt tripping about getting shit from her for that...
