first started talking almost a year ago. Met in person june. fell in love. She lives 6 hours away, come to find out recently she never really wanted to talk to me again because of that. Because she doesnt want to have feelings for someone far away. But I kept pushing, because she wasnt being honest. and I pissed her off. Shes going through a lot, and I want to be there for her. I feel like I met my soulmate. Because we will probably never meet again. Because I don't get happily ever afters, just bursts of experiences that seem like they came out of an old movie. Like breakfast in tiffany's. Im always out here chasing Holly Golightly. And Im paul (but a woman version for those who wonder).. chasing her around like a fool. When she doesn't want to be caught.

I feel like I dont know how, my entire life ive lived in my memories. I mean FUCK i just woke up from a dream about my old boss and missing him. I cant let go, I try so hard I just cant, my feelings over power me, I dont know how to turn them off and put things behind. Always need to fix things, balance the out. Probably my libra rising mixed with cancer sun and sag moon, im fucked with all, feelings, emotions, neediness and making impulsive bad decisions.
If you read the book, there is no love story, because it doesn’t make sense. The movie only got paul into her at the end to close the predictable Hollywood ending.
Holly is an opportunist and an unemployed “geisha”. Poor country girl embarrassed about her roots so changed her name and creates an image of sophistication to get close to rich men and get paid for her company.
Paul is intrigued by the shit that comes out of her mouth because to keep her fake image, she needs to keep talking about herself. She’s a story teller. He’s a writer so yes he’ll be into her narrative.
Sounds like you want to save fucjed up women and get upset when they run off after they’ve drained you.
