To me, sensitivity is also vivid imagination, open-mindedness, and the ability to cherish life experiences and learn from them.
That being said, sensitivity is a very admirable trait.
As for why people say Cancers are sensitive and crybabies... I'll assume that for those who were blessed with a mouth, they are free to use it and if they are capable of forming opinions then they probably will. People have never said im sensitive, they say Im dramatic which is very true. Im definitely not a cry baby, Im not easy to bother. Definitely sensitive though in the sense that, If I see a sore, blood, hear a violent story anything bad, emotionally or physically...I have a hard time dealing. If i see someone who's hurt physically, the back of my knee hurts, like i get throbbing pain (IRL though. Big action movies fan). Im very sensitive to other people's feelings.

One of the owners of the company I work for is very emotional.. He takes everything personal. How do I know this he shows it in his expressions..but if you ask him oh no everything is wonderful. He is the most confusing creature on the planet...if I'm not smiling and happy all the time he takes it personal. He is so moody and changes so much, I honestly don't know if I can work for him. I'm a Libra and I find this behavior unsettling, my scales are all over the place.
Any tips on how I can handle this, should I ignore him? If I do... He'll take it personally. I know they like to be treated like King's but sometimes I have to work!!

Being sensitive means you can take offense more easily when none is intended, especially if the other person is very short. Caps are good at being like this without realize it which is why they are our opposite. On the other hand this gives you a gift of being able to read other people's emotions and intentions. All the water signs have this trait, but cancers show the hurt a little more openly than the other signs.

Sensitive doesn't necessarily mean easily upset or easily made to cry. It means you are, however, very in tune with the influence/effect something has over/towards you (or it may not even be towards you but a thought within itself that inevitably causes you to feel something about it, i.e., the thought of someone else you don't know suffering could affect you greatly).
I think being sensitive is a really good thing although it comes with its downside... I'm highly sensitive myself, so I tend to feel everything very deeply, am easily touched or moved by something (esp if it really hits home).
As for Cancers being sensitive, they're one of the more feely-signs, and by that I mean that they are more likely than others to be emotionally invested into other people, causes, etc., and because they are usually fascinated with the power of emotions (and can know how to be manipulative with these emotions!), their sensitivity and feelings are their driving force / motivation. If you touch upon their emotions, being that they are so in tune with their feelings, you are activating their sensitivities...
Nothing wrong with that, honestly... I wouldn't take it to heart (as in, be upset about it) to be known as someone who's sensitive. I value that in a person.
