1) You two start dating 4 years ago,

2) You were pregnant by SOMEONE ELSE at the time just before or you got pregnant by SOMEONE ELSE while you were dating (this is unclear and kinda important)

3) Then you pushed him away (how?-- this is also kinda important)

4) Then he went cold and disappeared...Seriously?!?!? Think about what you are saying here. Its not disappearing when YOU make the person go away.

5) He currently has a girlfriend

6) He said some nice things to you/ that he loves you.

If he is sane, then no, he doesn't want you back. He likely took pity on you and gave you a pep talk. He may love you as a friend, but that's about it. If you are unsure as to why, please re-read your version of events.

It's always a red flag when a guy talks shit on his gf.

Best case senerio is he leaves her for you and then somewhere down the line he'll talk to some fresh meat about how he is tired of his gf (you) and wants to take out her out and show her a good time. Read: fuck the new pussy.
