he has different view points and some can be negative and he does go overboard at times,

that's why I replied/responded that way, because people will do what they will do, when they get upset about something, dxp doesn't seem like the kind of board that caters to positivity all the time.
but then again, maybe I didn't see the kind of "negativity" you saw in him. Perhaps he was deeply hurt/in pain and took out the negativity to others?
edit - if that's so, then I agree that he needs to work out that type of negativity that is eating him.
