I been shopping online since I was 13. It gets addicting. I'm extremely picky and could walk around the entire mall and not find a single thing, so online shopping is like heaven.

Regarding apparal, I usually buy from online retailers that have a brick and mortar because everything else is kind of shady and more of a hassle. I'll buy from urban outfitters, macys, hollister, nordstorm, journeys, asos, etc typical stores. They usually always have some kind of promotions going on. I'd be wary of buying ebay clothes shipped from China, apparently their sizings are really off, but they're good if you're petite. As for everything else, depending on the fabric, I might go down a size or just check out any reviews for the fit.

Are you male or female? lol

I shop

asos.com

prettylittlething.com

missguided.co.uk

fashionnova.com also has nice stuff

For designer I shop directly from the site-if price too high or sold out ill hunt it down on ebay or other resellers.
Female lol. I like browsing and always find cool things. I'm just afraid of getting something that doesnt fit. And yeah, if you already know your size in something I guess its easy! New ideas.. next time i see something too expensive in the shops, I'll search online.

Best advice I can give you is look for a site with free returns. Best thing ever, I literally invite the store to my home hahahahaha! I dont abuse it though lol I do literally buy everything that fits well.

Does anyone shop online?

What's your fave online shop?

I always find clothes I like online.. but am too scared to get anything in case it doesnt fit. I know you can send it back and get another size, but it seems like such a hassle.

Thoughts??
Yes, I do my shopping on line. I am 5'8" tall and it's hard for me to shop in regular stores. By trial and error I learned I am NOT long torso, but long legged (my inseam is 33"-34"). I shop at Metro style , Venus, Longelegantlegs, Boston Proper, Rods Western Wear, and Drysdales.

Again, trial and error. I can wear Junior sizes if it's an XL; and for women I can use a M/L. Since I have been losing weight I can go a size "smaller" (and have 😆

My FAV online store is Venus. They have online sales and I cannot wait to go shopping again! 😏. Don't be afraid of shopping on line. Just remember if it states it has elastin (stretches) you can order a size "smaller". Read up on the description of the item since it states, "Runs smaller, order one size up", etc. Second runner up is Rods Western Wear (I LOVE their Grace jeans and I get them cheaper than at Cavender's Boot City and/or Sheplers.

Cyber hugs! 🤗

Love,

Eva

As everyone else mentioned previously, can't go wrong w/ ASOS: good style s, great price point, free shipping (for anything above a certain amount & it's usually pretty low), free returns.

I shop online at Fashionmia.com. Clothes are very affordable.

Only shop there when it's free shippping.

I only look for the clothes that says Bodycon dresses and look at the fabric type. I know these are stretch materials and will order their size small.

But with jackets etc..I will order a large as their sizing are Asian size. I always take note of the measurements they post for non stretchy fabric and if it's too close to your body measurement will take one size bigger to be on the safe side.

I buy a lot on Etsy.com, from artists and designers. It's amazing what you can find there now. I can get clothes that are custom fit that way, usually for no additional charge. I'm small so almost anything I buy that isn't custom fit needs alterations upping cost -- even "petite" clothing is usually designed for people who are slightly taller than me.

Oh wow. I didn't realise etsy was so big. I used to browse it for jewellery now and then. Such pretty things on there. I didn't know they did clothing as well! Is it expensive to get custom fit??

Yes, it has really expanded in the last few years.

Custom fit hasn't meant a different price for me -- many clothing designers who sell on Etsy include customizations in the prices, if you want them. Usually they make that clear in a listing, or elsewhere in the shop. If in doubt, you can send them a message to ask.

You won't usually find customizations with things like t-shirts, though, because most people who create t-shirts to sell are putting their own designs on t-shirts made by American Apparel and similar. But anyone doing their own clothing designs, from scratch, has some leeway -- they are more likely to offer modifications.

Etsy is a good place to find designers who are just starting, so their prices are very reasonable usually.

I recommend doing a bit of comparison shopping on Etsy even if you find something you really like. You can add items to your 'favourite' list in your Etsy account (free) to bookmark them.

If you ever have any questions about Etsy, I'm happy to answer. I've shopped there for a few years.

I'll have to look soon. Customizations for a reasonable price sounds great. And it sounds like you can get a lot of unique pieces. Things that nobody else will be wearing, and I am all for that. I'll wait until I get my hand on a computer because my phone is so slow and laggy with me. I'll post my findings!! Lol

Great! Yes, exactly - unique, made to fit, reasonable prices (comparison shop there, of course) and most of the artists put a lot of care into what they do, to please customers (read reviews of a shop carefully just in case -- customers can be very honest thankfully). Sometimes I've been sent bonus items as part of an order as thanks, and sometimes a discount code to use for another purchase.

I am 5'8" ALL my clothes are online 😆. Trial and error. For juniors I use an X-Large; for women/ladies I use a large. 99.99 44 and 100% of the time I do NOT have to send my clothes back. Be careful and read the description. If it indicates "runs too small, order a higher up size" I do.

Venus, Boston Proper, Rods, Longelegantlegs, etc!
