so when I was watching some of the food channels, some people are noted for having a healthy diet for a high stress job.

so what about occupations in certain workplaces?

if you work in a restaurant, depending on what type, would you as a server, or sales, person eat at the restaurant? Naturally most would.

for example, if you worked at a fast food joint, the food is cheaper to take home.

or at a Chinese restaurant.

although I have read that food is hard to come by, in other countries.

what are your daily food intakes/routines?

do you eat the same breakfast, lunch everyday?

the dinners change and variable, but lunch and breakfast, some people stick to having cereal every morning. Or having sandwiches for lunch, but with dfferent meat /vegetarian types inside.

My food is extremely simple. I'm not a great cook and thats probably the only thing keeping me from being obese, otherwise, I'll gorge on so much savory fatty foods. My breakfast is always plain yogurt with sliced strawberries and grapes with hand crushed honey oats cereal for texture, paired with two over easy eggs with rice. Lunch is some kind of seafood like salmon, mussels, squid, etc, with rice and stir fried vegetables with high variety. Dinner is the same as lunch as i prep enough for 4 days. For brunch and linner, i eat fruits. I love mushrooms. Especially common whites and portobellos. I roast them in the oven and am addicted to them yummmm. I avoid beef, pork, and chicken for the most part, but i eat them once in a long while.
I see what you mean. lol

all those good foods, and if you're loving your own cooking, you'd be calling the people who operates fork lifts to get you out of the chair. lmao

i avoid pork, but i do eat some beef and chicken but i don't cook it daily, i usually cook some fish dinners, and pastas but pastas are also high in calories especially since i cook with some sauce.

Wait, i think i totally missed your question lol ! I used to work in mcdonalds and dominos pizza. I for sure took advantage of the food. High calories, pounds of cheese, and readily available fake flesh threw on me scores of pounds. I made custom pizzas at dominos, a combination pizza backbone with triple cheese, double mushrooms, and lots of linguiça sausages. At McDonald's, i made the ultimate big mac, known as the giga mac in Japan. You get a big mac, throw out the small 1/8 patties, and replace it with 4 quarter pound patties. 1 pounf of patties. I added flare with tomatoes, double cheese, and a hashbrown in it. I also grew an extra chin from McDonald's

fast food is really no good.

someone made a pattern research eating once a week for only 2 months, I think eating fast food, and gained 20 pds or something. well, not good. I don't know what they were ordering but I bet there were French fries and shakes too.

Ohhh definitely fast food is a killer. This maybe a different documentary, but ive seen "Supersize Me", this man was decent to good health before, and did the 30 day McDonald's diet and pledged to order a medium unless asked to supersize it. At the time of the supersize sale push, the workers always pushed it, so he ate monster fries and cokes everyday, breakfast, lunch, dinner. I felt bad for this guy but he had an amazing agenda to push awareness. He kept constant doctor and dietician visits documented also. From beginning to end, you can see him stack so much weight, turn lethargic, facial and skin discoloration, and sagging eye bags. His thyroid went crazy, his diastolic, systolic, cholesterol obviously skyrocketed to dangerous levels and his doctors forces him to stop after 2-3 weeks i believe. His health literally dropped and they feared he would have a heart attack or something. Following that, the "supersize" menu option disappeared!

As for your husband, i was a meat head also!!! Ive always ate lean meats, but my ex gf was a great cook. So much pork and expensive beef cuts with nice marbling as well as fried chicken! Cooked in all kinds of savory and heart slowing ways. I can understand his need for your cooking, when you eat like a king, you don't want it to stop !!!! 😆
oohh I saw that too!!! but only partially.

that's awesome that he did that for the sake of the rest of humanity. lol

does he have aquarius or is an 11th houser?? 😆

I eat small meals throughout the day except at night. Light breakfast of yogurt, fruit or half a sandwich. I eat almonds or cashews throughout the day. I rarely eat lunch and when I do it's like half a sandwich or burrito. Basically something high in protein and low on carbs.

For dinner, I eat something high in carbs and protein and low on fat. This is supposed to make up for eating light throughout the day. So, it could be chicken, lamb or goat with potatoes baked or boiled or pasta or brown or white rice. Fridays I get takeout because I deserve it.
that sounds like a good regimen.

how's your weight? good? and your cholesterol?

I am athletic (like marathon run a marathon fit) and I have no idea about my cholesterol. What makes women always ask that question?

When I get worried I start to eat cheerios, less eggs, and if I am really scared Metamucil.

well that's good youre fit.

you should go to the powder room, and talk to some nice, single women there. 😛 😄

As i work in the healing profession, am supposed to keep my body pure and clean 😛

No booze or smokes which is good, but i eat lots of vegetables, sweet potatoes a little meat and fish, fruit (mainly berries) and then some other stuff which i treat myself with....

I cannot tolerate bread or pasta, but since knocking it on the head have lost lots of weight which shows my body didn't need it

Must be doing something good as i am fitter and lighter than ever

🙂
ooooh I love bread though, especially whole grain wheat bread.

but I do understand about pasta, pasta can be so fattening, especially with white creamy sauce!!

I have a high powered job. I supervise nine people. Lately a main staple of my diet has been peach Ciroc. My husband started drinking last month for the first time in our lives and this is what he likes. But, he prefers the pineapple. We just take the edge of.

Other than that, we eat huge breakfasts (or, we won't survive), a heavy lunch) and most time no dinner, or dinner is fairly early. We are both slender.

Black coffee and water are the only other beverages.

Lately, I've entered the bad habit of forgetting to eat and wondering why my head hearts. I got it together now.

I've been a vegetarian for a couple months now and it makes my life as a truck driver so much easier.

Waaaay more patience and clearer mind. Less fatigue. Better mood.
you're a truck driver?? jeez. they probably have bad diets going from truck stop to truck stop.

it's very expensive to be a vegetarian though, you need to have a good dietrician and income for all the good foods to keep up. I heard from other so-called vegetarians who attempted to be one. it's hard work.
